Four in a row. Ryan Terry has done it again, winning his fourth straight Men's Physique Olympia title at the 2026 Olympia in Las Vegas.
Having finally taken the title he’d been chasing for so long back in 2023, Ryan has now held on to it for four years running.
So what does a four-time Olympia champion keep in his supplement cupboard? Just a few weeks before the show, we sent Ryan a delivery of supplements. It had "everything I need to finish this programme strong", as he put it. Here's what made the cut.

How many Olympia titles has Ryan Terry won?
Ryan Terry has won four Men's Physique Olympia titles, in 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026. This one is his fourth in a row, and might have been the toughest yet... Ryan herniated a disc in his neck around seven weeks out, but still brought what he calls "one of my best to date" to the stage.
It's been a long road to the top. Ryan started his men's physique journey back in 2013, and came close at the Olympia more than once before he finally claimed the crown he'd been chasing in 2023.
"I never imagined back in 2013 when I started my men's physique journey that one day I would be sat here saying I am a 4x Olympia champion."
