Ingredients
Serves: 1
Base- 1 scoop Beauty Superfood Blend
- 2 medium frozen bananas
- Handful frozen mixed berries
- 100ml coconut cream (frozen for at least 2 hours)
- 2 tbsp. Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp. Cacao Powder
- Handful Cacao Nibs
Method
For the nice cream topping:1. Simply add the nice cream ingredients to a blender and process until creamy and super smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into a bowl and pop it in the freezer while you’re making your smoothie bowl to prevent it from melting.
For the smoothie bowl base:1. Place all ingredients into a blender and process until creamy smooth. This should be runnier than the nice cream, but thicker than a regular smoothie.
2. Pour the thick smoothie into a bowl, then top with your nice cream. Add an extra sprinkle of cacao nibs, fruit, and any other toppings your heart desires. Bliss.
