What are gyms like after lockdown?


It’s been the question on everyone’s lips since they began to reopen across the UK at the end of July.

Some people were standing in line waiting to get back on the machines as soon as they were physically able to, however, many others aren’t feeling quite as ready to make the big return just yet.

You might be hesitant for a variety of reasons — whether it’s health concerns or simply because you’ve been getting on just fine with home workouts — but we thought we’d help to put people’s minds at rest by asking our athletes to film their first post-lockdown gym session.
