Looking for an excuse to reignite your passion, or just looking for a fun way to meet your daily step goals? The Strava challenge might just be perfect for you.

We’re not picky, whether you like to hit the gym, head for a swim, or hit the roads for a run, walk or cycle – it’s so much better with a community around you.

What is it?

With the Strava Challenge you’ll get the opportunity to share posts in the group about what you’ve been doing and what your ambition is – no matter how big or how small! You can also share posts about how you are united with someone else, through your ambition - whether you workout together, or just send each other motivational messages to help you both reach your goal. Seeing other people working towards their goals in the club can act as a form of motivation for those days when you’re not feeling it but still want to get moving.

And the cherry on top... we will be doing random prize allocations for people who stand out to us. This could be for anything, so make sure you get posting!

Take home message

Prepare for Strava to be your most used app, providing you with motivation, a community of other people trying to reach their ambitions, and the opportunity to win a prize. Your move. Literally. Put your trainers on and get moving.

But as a huge fan of carbs, if it’s not pasta or pasta-adjacent, she’s not interested. If she’s not in the kitchen, she’s tucked up with a book for an early night, or you’ll find her in the gym working up a sweat. Afterall, all those carbs require quite the appetite.
