Every workout deserves a great outfit. After all, what's the best way to motivate you to go for a run or hit the gym? New workout clothes of course. Myprotein ambassador Laura Rose Fitness gave our social team a helping hand by showing off five outfits for five different workouts. Here are all the outfits Laura put together. *Chef’s kiss*.

HIIT

The clue is in the name — high intensity interval training. That means you need an outfit tough enough to push through even the toughest workout. That’s why Laura chose the tempo seamless bra and booty shorts, opting for the dreamy dust blue colour.

The Tempo Seamless bra is optimised for high-impact and agility training. Designed for maximum comfort with a soft knitted seamless design, adjustable straps and a supportive under-band. The Tempo Seamless Booty Shorts feature the same comfortable seamless knitted fabric and will keep you cool through your workout.

Yoga

Any yogis out there, enthusiasts and newbies alike, will know that you need yoga clothes to allow movement, and be comfortable and durable. So the Training Seamless Leggings are the perfect choice for a yoga session. They’re built for bodyweight movements, with a high waistband, stretch-knit construction and carefully placed ribbed sections for durability.

Paired with the Training Seamless Bra, you’ll be able to move freely through your workout no matter what pose your instructor tells you to do.

Run

Still keeping up with your new year’s resolution to start running? Laura can help with any flagging motivation with this running fit.

Up top she’s got the Performance ¼ Zip Top. Made with a soft-touch fabric for free range of movement while keeping you comfy, with a quarter zip for added air flow. Laura paired this with the Power Leggings. These are built to last, with a high-waisted fit, ergonomic fabric and reinforced seams. There’s also an inner pocket to the rear, meaning you’ll be able to store valuables safely.

Weight Training

You need a fit that you can rely on for weight training: medium support to keep you comfy and secure, and squat-proof leggings that allow for mobility. So Laura paired the Power Mesh Sports Bra with the Shape Seamless Leggings for her weight-training outfit.

The Power Mesh Bra is a reliable, medium-support bra, featuring a sweat-wicking fabric and mesh back for breathability. The Shape Seamless Leggings are designed to support you through your workout and keep you feeling confident throughout. Textured panelling contours your curves and quick-drying fabric keeps you dry and comfortable.

And can we talk about the colour Orchid? Incredible.

Rest Day

Ah, we made it to rest day. Just as important as any workout days, rest day calls for comfy clothes to let your muscles recover (and let you squeeze in a nap or two).

Laura has made a great choice here with the Essentials Sweatshirt and Joggers. As you can probably guess from the name, this tracksuit is an essential, and perfect for everyday wear. A soft, cotton-rich fabric with ribbed cuffs, you’ll be beyond cosy in this one.

Take home message

Laura put together some gorgeous outfits in this video. So if you need any motivation to get up and get moving, add some new workout clothes to your basket, whatever your workout. Go on, you deserve it.
