5K to Half Marathon Training Plan


International distance runner Jonny Mellor is the lead coach at UTS Running Club on the Wirral. As well as providing group sessions for members Jonny also offers bespoke training plans specific to your individual goals and lifestyle to help provide you with structure and focus in your training.


Jonny has very kindly provided MyProtein with some generic training programmes, which can be used by those just starting out on their fitness journey to seasoned 10k and half marathon runners.
