As a Vegan in UK without much sun light you don't have anything better than this
5If you are on a desk job even in summer you cant get enough sunlight in UK, and if you are vegan the choices to get D3 are very limited, have been taking these since 1 year and can say blood tests have proved my Vitamin D levels have gone to normal range again

5Not too big tablet size and definitely makes a difference. Really good for people who don't absorb the tablet versions of Vitamin D.

5This vitamin is easy to swallow, when combined with a small sip of water. I take one softgel every other day (as opposed to every day, since one capsule is 500% NRV), and, according to my blood tests, it's more than sufficient to prevent deficiency on a vegan diet.Goes Well With:Water
