Gut health game changer!
I was diagnosed with IBS around 25 years and suffer with varying symptoms, some of which can appear at any given moment and can last from a few moments to a few days. I'm also diabetic so my gut health isn't great at the best of times. This is by far one of the most effective prebiotics I've taken. I've noticed a difference in ways I won't go into detail about in case you're reading this over breakfast or something but, the upshot is that for me, this has been life changing. I take it with the Pure Apple Fibre and I feel so different, I can't even explain. Goes Well With:Anything that you don't mind tasting a little bit sweeter (e.g. Porridge, smoothie, coffee, juice, etc.)

Great product
This product is great, the bag will last ages as only take one small scoop a day, I take it first thing in the morning on a empty stomach and then take my prebiotic after my dinner. No really much of a taste just kind of makes the water taste a bit sweet. Fantastic price! 5 star review from me!
