5I found the product well worth the money. easier to mix with water or milk in the shaker first always goes down a treat.Goes Well With:Milk and water.

Great for Recovery
5I've tried several different brands of whey protein, ranging from other reputable brands through to not so reputable. But this is by far the best for effective recovery. The taste and mix-ability could be improved, however, these are only minor faults. I previously mixed with water, but since moving to this I now use skimmed milk, which improves the taste tenfold, while also increasing the calorie and protein intake. I've found that I can train a lot harder and don't feel so tired when approaching my next training session. I currently train using a 4 day upper/lower split, with sprint training and steady state CV work on 2 out of the 3 rest days. So effective recovery is key. The added benefit of this protein is that you know there are no added chemicals. And if your job includes random drug testing, then this protein is ideal. Out of 10 I would give it 9/10, simply because I've had better tasting proteins when mixed with water, and it occasionally clumps (which can be overcome by simply shaking harder). I'd definitely recommend to those who take recovery and their nutrient intake as seriously as their training.Goes Well With:Protein Shaker with mixer ball. Skimmed Milk.

Great
5New to supplements after a 10 year break, this is so much better than used to be available. Tasty and mixes easily (vanilla). I take this to aid recovery from lots of running and circuit type training, and it really works. Where i used to have to take a couple of days off after really hitting it i now have the option of training again the next day. The extra protein allows my body to recover really fast. Epic. I have it in the morning then after training then before bed. Have it about an hour before sleeping though as it can keep you awake if taken just before bed.Goes Well With:Milk.. and muesli for breakfast.

Batch tested protein
4If your an athlete is who is tested, this is by far the cheapest batch tested protein on the market. Tastes good and mixes very well. Not sure how good the protein is, believe they are all pretty similar out there but always handy to have after training. Goes Well With:A good diet!!!

4Protein works effectively. Texture of the shake is a bit to jelly like for my liking. Can't complain with results. An effective shake.

Excellent Supplement
5This protein powder has surpassed my expectations. Before buying this I had been using the normal True Whey powder but my last bag, as mentioned in other reviews, seemed to be a lower quality than previous purchases. The powder did not mix at all well and had a grainy texture. So I decided to try this batch tested version of True Whey. I was not expecting much difference but actually there is. It mixes superbly well after shaking the mixture up in the protein shaker and that is with using whole milk! The Banana Crème flavour that I bought is not sickly sweet as I feared but just delicately and pleasantly flavoured. So I would recommend this version of the True Whey powder. I, personally, would like to this product offered in the unflavoured version too so hopefully MyProtein may do this at some point.Goes Well With:Whole Milk or Water

Great Taste, Low Carb Protein
5Due to my current job role my options of supplment are really quite limited. I chose to take this when i realised it was a low Carb Whey Protein and had been through the informed-sport checking process. Having been through a number of horrendous tasting proteins before from ones that make your mouth taste like you've just drank bleach through to ones that feel more like you're eating your protein than drinking it. I was seriously impressed with the taste (even when mixed with water) and mixability of this protein. Still in early days with training so i couldn't tell you how effective it is. Velvet Vanilla is the flavour i always go for. With milk its no different to having an actual vanilla milkshake! Seriously try this one out. You won't look back!Goes Well With:Almond Milk or water

Total Regeneration
5Under a strict regime of training I have seen massive changes in my physique. I no longer give my girlfriend paper cuts when hugging her thanks to True Whey and Training. Take it with milk in the morning and then water 20 mins before and after your workoutGoes Well With:I mix mine with maltodextrin for extra carbs when working out. Mix with nuts and fruit during your morning shake
