Mix 32g (approx. 1 scoop) with 250ml of water or milk, consume 30 minutes before and/or after exercise. To experience the full effects of the coconut pieces, we recommend avoiding the use of a blender or mixing grid and shaking regularly. Powder settles over time, we recommend weighing the powder for the most accurate measure.
