They did nothing
1I don't know what else to say! From the reviews I was expecting an increase in energy for my workout and/or a boost in weight loss, and I got neither. Honestly, I could have been taking capsules of dust for all I know.

Not great!
1I bought these thinking they would give me an extra burst of energy when running and a bit more ‘oomphff’ getting back into the gym, now that we can. They did absolutely nothing and have noticed no extra energy or concentration. If you drink energy drinks, coffee (I don’t drink these) or soft drinks with a a bit of caffeine in you’re probably going to get the same effect as you would from these tablets. They’re also huge, and I could physically feel the capsule burst in my stomach, and the rift of the contents rising up my windpipe wasn’t pleasant! Overall, no weight loss, no increase in energy or motivation. Take a pro plus or caffeine tablet before your workout instead.

Fiery Boost, Makes an Impact; can be dehydrating
5Definite thermogenic impact that gives a boost of energy. Really like that it also has a combination of natural ingredients and vitamins. In my case, a slight metallic after taste for 15 or so mins after taking the pills but this fades. Very dehydrating so make sure you're drinking a lot of water during and after your workout. Early days but I am going to continue to take this to supplement moderate exercise and a calorie controlled diet. Game Changer
5Having previously use the standard thermopure tablets i was somewhat skeptical as to what the boost would do differently. However these are definately worth the purchase, helped me get through longer more intense cardio and massively helped with weight loss!Goes Well With:Water

So far so good...
4I've been on a caloric deficit diet for about two weeks now. I have had to take this step as I'm in my forties so fat doesn't come off very easily. Prior to taking this I have been using CLA from another known brand. I have been taking these together with the CLA for about three weeks and I have lost fat from pretty much everywhere. The diet has definitely helped and I have been snacking on walnuts and cashews bought from MyProtein. Not bad at all considering we're in lock down! I am exercising three times a week on average with a mix of 7 minutes of HIIT every other morning and tennis twice a week. Thanks MyProtein, I should have my six pack soon!Goes Well With:Water

Wow these work
5Yeah, these bad boys heat you up... Also felt an amazing boost of energy, not like a sudden boost, but I felt a bit tired before my workout today after a long day at work, took the pills about 20mins before a weight session, during the sesh I noticed I felt like I had never ending energy, which pushed my effort a ton! Finished the weights and jumped on my bike for a 30min blast, which never happens... Still roasting an hour after my shower. Awesome. Goes Well With:A towel...

Thermopure boost
5I’ve been taking these for almost three weeks. Easy to swallow and sometimes have a nice raspberry aftertaste. Everyday is training day for me so I take one at breakfast, lunch and dinner times. Seem to be aiding with energy and fat loss.
