Phosphatidylserine Powder

I honestly am gob smacked by the results...1 week of 3gs of Phosphatidyl Serine a day and my tummy has gone. Always had a small tyre that I couldn't shift. Its gone! Started a new job and my stress levels had gone through the roof and the bulging tummy was growing. So my partner bought me this and I seem more chilled as well. If its psychological I don't care...its worked. It tastes disgusting, and it won't mix with anything and you can always taste it so resorted to teaspoon and swiftly followed by warm water.

Bought this product primarily to help reduce my cortisol levels in a bid to get rid of some hard to shift lower belly fat. Recent body measurements taken would suggest that the powder seems to be ticking all the boxes. All measurements that would be effected by your cortisol levels (knee, calf, midax and umbilical) came down. Only been supplementing with Phosphatidylserine for two weeks but will continue to see what further results I get. The product also seems to have helped with my sleep. Great product which I will be purchasing again.

I recently purchased this product and can say it works wonders. I'm a builder and constant on the move with million of things going on all the time under pressure bla bla bla Use to the guide lines 3 times a day no more and I can say I'm a lot more chilled anxiety is pretty much none exsistant and feel like I've got a lot more energy

This product came reccommended from a nutrionalist.Up until then I hadnt known of it. I had overtrained and now suffered gut issues,from high /low cortisol spikes..This does work..It really helps.

I suffer from chronic stress so took the following supplement to reduce my cortisol level. I would not recommend to mix it in anything as it taste like pony nuts and doesn't mix well without the help of a blender, put it in your mouth and wash it with water. Significant result could be seen after about 2weeks and my stress level reduced by about 50% without any environmental changes. I am experiencing no negative effects whatsoever. A very good product.

Trying Phosphatidyl Serine for help with weight loss but feeling a few other positive effects like improved sleep and lower stress levels. It currently comes as a loose power, would be easier to take if in table or pill form as 1.5g not always easy to weigh out accurately. I will be happy to make a repeat purchase of this supplement for continued results.

"Small round sticky granules, reminiscent of Soy Lecithin........... In my mouth there is a just about a taste but it's barely anything, also reminiscent of Soy Lecithin........... I did empty out one of the older larger size MP Magnesium / Zinc capsules and found that 1 1/2 MP mini scoops (the 300mg dose) of PS fitted just right with a small tap and shake. But there's no need for me to cap this........... I aimed at having 400mg per day but over about 6 months the two mini scoops worked out to 560mg per day of PS in my morning protein / green powders drink which I mix warm water into with just a simple stir........... The initial effect for me was like having a bit too much caffeine, but without becoming: uncoordinated, sad, shaking for 6 hours, unable to sleep........... I noticed my painful joins, caused by what I presume was inflammation and swelling, no longer hurt........... I started taking it six months ago to see if it would help with memory and mental sharpness but I'm not sure if there was much or any improvement........... It seems to have given me some tolerance to cocoa which previously could stop me sleeping and have an effect approaching caffeine. I can now have 20 grams of cocoa in the morning and sleep that night; not possible before........... So the PS does have an effect with me, perhaps based in moderating a Cortisol response or level? The reviewers below who found a mental improvement maybe were having a lot higher dose at 1/2 or 3 x 1/4 teaspoon a day."

I suffer from high cortisol levels and found that 300mg..in morning..300mg after work 200mg before bed really helps my stress levels... Had a cortisol fasting test before taking this and one after 6 months the results were very pleasing Maybe it is a placebo effect who knows but will carry on using this .. Used to make my own capsules but not in just throw it in a shake

I have read good reviews on this product - hence I made the purchase mainly for cortisol/stress levels after training. Im a little confused with the dosage - in the packet there is a tiny scoop and on the directions it indicates take 1 gram 3 times per day. I tried to weigh the dosage of one scoop on my weighing scales but the dosage of the scoop would not show weightage, I had to keep adding more powder until 1 gram appeared and that was quite a few scoops (the powder is extremely fine in texture)....so im not too sure - so I have stuck to one scoop 3 times per day! It mixes well and tastes of nothing really which is a plus - as for effectiveness I think it is early days as I have only been taking this for about a week. Pill form would be the way to go rather than powder - then at least I would be confident I am taking the correct dosage.
