What is Organic Wheatgrass Powder?
Sourced from an organically grown plant, the Wheatgrass is harvested when it is still young and transported to an organically certified dehydrating company. The moisture content is reduced by 4% using a lyophilisation method and ground to fine Wheatgrass powder. This process preserves the nutritional integrity of the plant. Wheatgrass exhibits essential vitamins such as vitamins C and A. Organic Wheatgrass powder is certified organic by the Soil Association under the code GB-ORG-05.
What are the benefits?
Organic Wheatgrass Powder is high in fibre and protein. Each 5g serving will provide 1.4g of fibre, 0.98g of protein as well as 130μg Vitamin A.
Vitamin A has many health benefits such as contributing to the normal function of the immune system and to the maintenance of normal vision, skin and iron metabolism.

Have tried this new product on recommendation of its effectiveness. Took a little bit of getting used to the taste but ok now. Have only used for two weeks so cannot comment on much but I've had a problem with stomach recently and at the moment that's fine so waiting to see now what effect this has on my well being.
