Nice tasting drink, I've found an added benefit to this drink is it helps sleep, looking into the ingredients it must be the cherry powder which contains melatonin, all-round good mix
I have been using My Protein for several months now. I find it very good for food which doesn't have enough flavour- i.e. porridge and some other breakfast foods. I would like to know more about it as at the moment I really use the purple ones for added flavour and the plain one inulin which was advertise by Angela Rippon to cut down harmful fat in the body. I should like to know if the others especially the flavoured ones do the same things as inulin especially? How many of the little scoops is it safe to use each day? I have Slimfast as I'm trying to lose weight and I find a scoup of the purple one really improves the flavour and sweetness. As far as I can tell this is a very good product and I shall continue to use it, Thank youGoes Well With:Any thing that lacks flavour
On its own ...... it-is-rank!! To the palate it is the equivalent of a brain freeze you get with those ice hush puppies type drinks. But if you mix it in with a protein powder, it is actually not bad. It does dove tail pretty well to a diet of high protein, vitamins and minerals. I lead a busy life where eating is for sustenance as opposed to pleasure. So this product is ideal. I am still taking it. :-)Goes Well With:Your favourite protein powder that has added vitamins and minerals.
This is a great way to get the benefits of purple fruits. This mixes well and although this was the unflavoured variety, we found it to be very palatable.Goes Well With:Any type of smoothies
Heard great things about this so decided to try. Good value, mixes well but flavour is overpowering in smoothies!
Must be mixed with something but great way to 5 a dayGoes Well With:Anything that masks the actual taste
Doesn't mix at all, & the taste is terrible!! But when mixed with other shakes doesn't taste all that bad. I'm feeling fuller and so far, have nothing else bad to say about it.Goes Well With:Nutri Greens Plus Diet Protein
Fantastically refreshing and uplifting effect on my mind, I am thoroughly enjoying it. Since I started taking it - I no longer feel tired, but it does not push me to be overactive or buzzing like caffeine. Just pleasantly refreshing and uplifting. It makes me feel like new. Goes Well With:Fruit juices and smoothies.
A great quality powder which definitely perks me up when used in my morning smoothie. It's great to know that I am adding so many vitamins and nutrients into my diet by just adding a scoop of this and my proteins reds blend, I definitely feel a difference in my energy levels and my skin is less oily, and is clearer and more plump. 100% would reccomend. Goes Well With:Reds, shakes, porridge, juice
