A staple part of any serious athlete’s nutrition plan is high-quality protein intake. Impact Whey Protein is made up of premium whey and offers 20g of protein per serving, which will contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
Providing all the essential amino acids, Impact Whey Protein offers 4.5g of BCAAs and 3.6g of glutamine per serving and is instantised for easy mixing. Furthermore, Impact Whey Protein has 1.9g of fat and 1g of carbohydrate per serving. To put it simply, if you are looking for a high-quality whey protein powder which delivers exceptional value for money and incredible taste, look no further than Impact Whey Elite
At 103 calories per serving, Impact Whey Protein is an ideal companion for supporting a range of athletes, whether amateur, intermediate or expert.
Impact Whey Protein is suitable for anyone active, looking to increase their daily protein intake. Impact Whey Protein is perfect to be taken post-workout but can be enjoyed at any time of day. It can be mixed with water or milk, or even greek yoghurt. Another good option is adding impact whey protein to your favourite fruit smoothie, to add a shot of high-quality protein.
Add 1 large scoop (25g) to water or milk in a Myprotein shaker 30 minutes before and/ or after your workout for maximum benefit.
Alternatively, consume as a snack or in between meals throughout the day to increase your daily protein intake.
As a pre-bed protein kick, we suggest mixing with milk due its slower absorption rates.

Really love this protein but the only down fall to it is that there isn't enough flavour to choose from l,I hope that My protein can get more flavours VERY SOON Goes Well With:Milk or water but prefer milk
Tastes good low carbs low fat high protein
Why does a batch tested product have to cost so much more? It’s absolutely mad that in 2017 a product isn’t proven and tested as standard. That aside, this is absolutely fine to use, taste, etc is all good.Goes Well With:Porridge / milk / smoothies
Good flavour mixes well but overly sweet Goes Well With:Overnight oats smoothies on its own as snack post workout
Only used it for a couple of weeks yet so not sure how effective, but tastes good, when mixed with milk, and is easy to use and using a shaker leaves no lumps!
Changed up from the normal protein that I get. Having the piece of mind that it's batch tested and approved by Informed sports was my only concern. The fact that it actually tastes great as well was a well added bounus. Mixes great with no lumps whatsoever. Only had it for 2 weeks so hard to tell if it's effective, but so far so good. Goes Well With:Water
For those who don't know Prestantious means Excellence - and this is the definition of that. Look I'm not sponsored by My Protein I just talk my heart out and this is the BEST protein shake I take by far over my career years drinking sour and tasteless protein shakes - I compare this taste to a McDonalds Vanilla Shake no joke! It is sweet, enough not to make you feel sick after any tough session and mixes great with water/milk leaving no pieces undiluted - I'm telling you it is brilliant - and also the fact I buy this batch tested leaves me with peace of mind for 5€ extra it's worth it, well in my case. Hope this helps - it is a definite YESGoes Well With:Milk/Water
I've bought many branded protein powders over the years I have been training Track and Field - however I am surprised to say this is the best tasting protein shake I have ever taken - both the standard My protein Whey powder and the Elite version - my selling point for this is it literally tastes the same as a fast food Milkshake when taken with milk I am not kidding you. I do however take it with water to reduce carbs over the day - and usually take half a scoop in the morning and a scoop after training however you can take this whenever you want at the end of the day. Goes Well With:milk, water
