High pro deluxe bars
5I purchased these as a meal replacement for lunch. I think they are very tasty and filling. Looking forward to trying some of the other products, hope they are as nice as these bars,

High Pro Bar - Yummy
5Bars Taste really nice. Very satisfying especially as you get a fair amount of protein in each bar. Certainly does not taste like you are eating cardboard. Recommended

Best yet
5I've yet to taste a better protein bar. This is coated in chocolate and tastes superb. It doesn't leave you gagging for a drink or wish you'd never started eating it. It is ideal as a snack to make sure you're getting your protein intake, and doesn't bloat you. I've just ordered another box. They really are that good.

Delicious
5I have a real chocolate problem but these taste better than my average chocolate bar. It still has 240 calories so is the same as your average chocolate bar in that sense but is better for you with regards to everything else and not being empty calories. Much more satisfying than a KitKat chunky. I have become a lifelong myprotein customer, although they are more expensive than supermarket prices, you can't put a price on health. Artificial
3Being a hypochondriac, I was a little shocked when I took a gander at the ingredients. It's chock-full of the bad stuff; sweeteners, E numbers, and other artificial nasties! Personally, I'd rather have poor taste quality and know that it's somewhat nutritious rather than having it riddled with unnatural ingredients just to make it appealing to the taste buds. This aside, I found the Hazelnut & Caramel flavour tastes nothing alike, though, it's not a bad taste. It has a coconut-like texture and is pretty sweet and relatively tasty (surprise surprise). In my eyes, what is the point in adopting a healthy diet while trying to maintain your fitness if you're going to be ramming E numbers down your neck in the long run? It all seems a bit counter-productive to me. I'm big on bodybuilding but it's health over muscle any day!

Disappointing
2I've used a good range of My Protein products and this is the first one I have not been satisfied with. I have tried numerous protein bars before and these are different to all of those. Every bar I have had has had a dense chewy texture full of flavor. I even had them from My Protein before but I guess they must have been just the High Pro (non-deluxe), and they were lovely and chewy and the flavor was great. These are powdery and fall apart in your mouth. To say I bought the caramel hazelnut, I was disappointed to find they tasted nothing like either of those flavours and are actually closer to coconut, sour coconut. These really do have a sour flavour/feel to them like sour milk was used to make them. If I get more bars I will get the non-deluxe. They are still dense and full of the good stuff so they do fill you if you need a snack to take care of hunger in between meals.Goes Well With:A peg on the nose.
