5Most people reccommend 5g per day for benefit’s of creatine, the scoop supplied measures 3g so I double scoop with 200ml water, wait an hour and seriously noticeable strength gains. Workouts can last up to three hours! Deffinately buy againGoes Well With:Mix with anything, slightly grainy in protein shakes, but dissolves to nothing with Aldis protein yoghurt pouches

1This product does not dissolve in water, you end up drinking gritty water. If it ain't dissolving I figure out ain't doing anything. Just finished a bag, taken as directed, no noticeable benefit.
