When should I consume Creapure®?
We would recommend consuming 3-5g of Creapure® immediately pre or post work-out with a whey protein and carbohydrate blend to maximise its uptake by the muscle. Alternatively, it may be mixed with water, milk or juice and consumed immediately after mixing.
New users of Creapure®are recommended to first follow a 5 day loading phase to reap its maximum benefits. Supplementing 5g (1 scoop) four times a day at regular intervals is recommended to saturate your muscles with creatine before commencing with the standard 3-5g a day recommended use.
Please note that the labelling on this product is provided in English as a minimum. French, Italian, German, Spanish, Danish, Swedish and Finnish may also be present on a product by product basis.
Add one and a half MP small scoops (5g) to water, shake and consume. Use 1-2 times daily. After 8 weeks of continued use take 1 week off and start the period again.

Disappointed. I usually buy unflavoured products but thought lemon/lime would be a refreshing change. The product itself is ok (although residue is left at bottom of glass after mixing) but there is too much sweetener and colour added. It tastes chemically and has so much colour that my glass looked like Kermit the frog, lol. For a company that sells products to sports and fitness enthusiasts whom are careful what they put in their bodies it surprises me that colour is added at all; especially when on the back of the pack there is a health warning about one of the colours! Really!? Then why add it! We are not kids anymore and don't need our drinks to have neon bright colours to them so why not have them colour free and therefore better for us. If you looking to get huge whilst also feeling physically sick get the raspberry lemonade flavour, however if you just want to get big get any other flavour. This creatine numbs the pain of lifting heavy as no pain quite compares to the pain that the raspberry lemonade flavour gives you. EnjoyGoes Well With:tears and agony caused by the flavour
Very effective, increase in lift, helps achieve extra reps before feeling tired within sets, unflavoured is completly tasteless and I consume it by taking a shot of it then washing down with water..... To get effectiveness a lot of water must be included in diet otherwise pointless.Goes Well With:Scoop into mouth then wash down with water
I have been using this product for 12 weeks now, I have 1 and a half scoops two times a day.I have noticed it has gave me big amounts of energy. It boosts you and I feel great, I have been able to squeeze in more reps and up my lifting weight. The creatine after about 6 weeks seems to fill your muscles more with water so your arms get bigger which may be a bad thing if you are on a low carb diet but it doesn't bother me. Overall this product is totally worth it I wouldn't go anywhere else to get this because it is the best on the market, the price is outstanding!
Do yourself a favour, and go with unflavoured. Went with the Blue Rasberry, now I have to shoot the drink as it's so horrible. It's so unbelievably sweet and i can't believe I have 500g of this to go through now. To reduce the sweetness I literally have to mix it with about 2.5 litres of water. It doesn't even mix well with anything. Such a terrible terrible decision. Apart from that, the benefits are good, and standard like any creatine. Goes Well With:Diabetes
I highly recommend Creapure (Creatine Monohydrate) to all those who want to see results in short terms. For me, this is a must have product from Myprotein. I use it in combation with Impact whey (unflavoured) and Dextrose. I mix 1-2 scoop of Whey, 1 scoop of Creatine( I don't have loading phase with Creatine because for me results are the same with and without it) and 1 scoop of Dextrose with water after workout. If you want better results, you can take 1 scoop of whey in morning and 1-2 scoops after workout. As far for taste, Dextrose makes it better and sweeter and taking Creatine with dextrose leads to better and faster results. I see results after 2-3 weeks (4 workouts per week), so should you if you train hard. I also tried Hurricane Extreme to change products a little...and results are after 2 months of training the same. The only difference between these two products is that when I used Hurricane Extreme, my muscle recovery was better and faster...but surely cheaper option is Impact whey (unflavoured) + Creapure (Creatine Monohydrate) + Dextrose. There is no better products on the market for that price and I highly recommend it to everyone! :)
Not much to say about it really. Creatine monohydrate in it's purest form. Creapure is the brand name to go for and MP is the cheapest place to get it. There is a ton of research to back creatine's effectiveness, so i'm not going to go into how great it is. 100% recommended supplement. After 3 years of taking Creapure products, I still couldn't make my mind up if it worked or not. That was up until my last my last cycle, during which I managed to increase my flat bench by 2/3 full reps/set (which I consider a lot). After cycling off for 4 weeks, I've since lost 1/2 reps/set. I'm pretty consistent with my training and diet so can only really attribute the gain/loss to Creatine. Forget all the other gimmick supplements, all you need is protein and creatine (along with a good diet) and you'll get results.Goes Well With:Tastes of nothing, so anything!
What is there to say? Creatine Monohydrate is good when you work out a lot. It shouldn't taste like much when you order unflavoured and that's what this does. One scoop every morning into my breakfast shake and that's it... It mixes well, is tasteless, odorless and it just works. From its make-up, it's one of the best supplements. I just like how doesn't have any ifs and buts attached to it. It's just "Here's some Creatine. Take it." and that's that.Goes Well With:Water, Milk, Protein Shake... anything liquid that can be shaken, really.
There are plenty of creatine versions out there. Creapure, from my research is the best. In my opinion using the unflavoured versions is better, particularly if you mix it with your post workout shake/beverage. Goes Well With:Post workout protein shake
I have tried both the normal Creatine and the Creapure both have worked well for me but the Creapure definately has more noticeable affect. My weights have started to go up and i get a really good pump whilst training and musclas feel fuller. I mix this with either fruit juice or water before training and after training with my protein shake.

Remember the medicine your mum used to make you take as a child?! This is the exact feeling you will get when trying to take the flavoured Creatine!! I ordered the water melon thinking it would be quite refreshing, EPIC FAIL! I have now got some of the unflavoured which I mix with the Salted Caramel Protein powder, much more of a treat to the taste buds plus the protein helps with the process :0) I am still on my loading phase but have complete faith in My protein that I will see results :) Happy gainz guys!! :0) Goes Well With:My protein whey salted caramel

Bought watermelon creatine monohydrate. Taste: I really do not see how this is watermelon. It is way too sweet, tastes really bad, stinks so much that I actually gag when I drink this, I don't bother mixing it anymore with more water, I just load a shot glass and down it in one because this is absolutely disgusting and if you like it, there must be something extremely wrong with you. I would prefer the standard no flavor over this 100%. Don't get watermelon. Mix-ability: Okay. The "watermelon" flavor mixes into the water well, still tastes/stinks of something dead, but the creatine doesn't mix, I've never had creatine that does mix anyway so, I guess mix-ability is okay. Effectiveness: Yes it is effective, can do extra reps/sets at gym without feeling as tired, recovery is a lot quicker/more painless. Overall: My rating would be higher if the watermelon flavor didn't taste absolutely disgusting. Shoulda just gone for the standard no flavor.Goes Well With:nothing - dont get watermelon.

I'm on second week using it so I can't say accurately it's effectiveness. I got a no taste product cause I'm mixing with protein. It's mixability is not that good it needs good shake!Goes Well With:Protein!!
I've used creatine in the past so knew it's effects. In a few weeks I've gained a couple of kilos with no increase of body fat percentage. Slight increase in strength, couple of reps on bench and squat with good form. I would recommend unflavoured as you may want to mix it with protein shake. It does dissolve completely in hot water, thought I'd mention this as some say it doesn't dissolve properly. Also be aware that creatine has varying effects on different people, with no effect at all on some.

I never leave reviews and I mean never! BUT this is amazing it really is. I have been lifting since Jan 2015 consistently 5 days a week mentored by an ex body builder and strongman champion. I had only tried one other brand of creatine before this one and it didn't impress me at all. I gave it a good chance trying it for 3 months and then not bothering for about another 3 and I made more improvements when I wasn't taking it. But since October time last year I had plateau'd and the weight just wasn't increasing. Within 2 weeks of taking this Creapure I was making new personal bests on everything and my muscles just don't fatigue like they used to. Over the last 3 weeks of taking this Creapure My incline bench went from 80kg for 2 reps to 120kg for 2 reps. My standing overhead press went from 60kg to 90kg strict for 1 rep. I weigh 120kg and dips were a struggle I had never done more than 6. Last thrusday I jumped on AFTER doing flat bench followed by incline dumbell bench press about 5 sets each with heavy weight for reps and repped out 15 and could've kept going! Nothing in my training routine has changed apart from the introduction of this Creapure! I'm gobsmacked by the results. I should mention I don't mix it I just pop a scoop in my mouth and take a mouthful of water so taste and mix ability don't apply here. Great product!Goes Well With:Hard work!!!
