Not having a great experience with protein, as I am working out more intensely the last 4 years. The all in one was my 3rd or fourth protein. And I am loving it. I finally got a balance between my working out and my calorie intake. I do intermittent fasting (20-4). I exercise and I am having a litre and a half of water with 3 scoops of all in one. Which is the start of my 4 hour eating. An apple, banana and after an hour a meal.

This product is extremely tastey, I mix mine with 450ml of milk, I find it very easy to digest and have none of the stomach issues that come with some proteins I've previously tried. I find it mixes rather well, however on the very odd occasion I have noticed a bit of a grainulated texture, and inside the bottle I do see bits around the bottle think this could be the creatine. Effectiveness at the moment is still 50/50 as I haven't used the product long enough to give my full honest opinion.
