What's Inside

Each patch contains berberine, pomegranate, and cinnamon extracts, alongside a B vitamin complex including methylcobalamin (B12), folate, niacin, and pyridoxine. Niacin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Chromium is also included, which contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels. L-glutamine rounds out the formula.

For Daily Wear

Apply to clean, hair-free skin and wear for approximately eight hours. Kind recommends daily use. One patch at a time — no tablets, no routine to overthink.

Gently remove the patch from its backing and place it on a clean, hair-free area of skin. Avoid applying lotions or creams to the application area beforehand. Wear the patch for approximately 8 hours, then replace with a new one. For best results, wear every day.
