Q. How do I take this product?

A: Mix one scoop (11.8g) with 400ml of cold water and shake well. Take one serving daily for best results. Consistency is key — whether you take it before your workout, after, or any time during the day matters less than making it a daily habit. The formula is designed to work when taken regularly over time.

Q. When should I take it — before or after my workout?

A: You can take it any time that fits your routine. While some prefer post-workout to support recovery, or pre-workout for an energy boost, the most important factor is consistent daily intake. Creatine works by saturating your muscles over time, and collagen and vitamins build up through regular supplementation. Choose the timing that you'll stick to every single day.

Q. What makes this different from taking creatine, collagen, and electrolytes separately?

A: This formula combines optimal dosages of all three in one convenient scoop, plus targeted vitamins and minerals. Instead of managing three separate products with different serving sizes and timing, you get complete support in one drink — saving time, reducing costs, and eliminating the guesswork.

Q. How long until I see results?

A: Creatine typically shows performance benefits within 1-2 weeks of consistent use, especially during high-intensity training. Benefits from collagen and biotin for hair and skin usually become noticeable after 4-8 weeks of regular supplementation. Hydration support from electrolytes can be felt more immediately. For best results, commit to daily use for at least 8-12 weeks.

Q. Can I take this every day, even on rest days?

A: Absolutely — in fact, you should. Creatine works by maintaining elevated muscle stores, which requires daily intake regardless of training. The vitamins and minerals also provide ongoing nutritional support.

Q. Is this suitable for women who don't usually take supplements?

A: Yes, this is an ideal starting point. It's specifically formulated for active women and addresses common nutritional considerations (vitamin D, iron, B vitamins) while providing performance support (creatine, collagen, electrolytes). The all-in-one approach means you don't need prior supplement experience or a complicated routine — just mix one scoop daily and you're covered.

Q. Will this make me gain weight or feel bloated?

A: Creatine can cause a small amount of water retention within muscle cells. Most women don't experience any bloating when taking the maintenance dose of 3g creatine daily, especially when staying properly hydrated.

Q. Do I need to do a loading phase with creatine?

A: No loading phase is required. This formula contains 3g of creatine per serving, which is the ideal daily maintenance dose. Taking this amount consistently will saturate your muscles within 3-4 weeks. While some products recommend a higher-dose loading phase (20g daily for 5-7 days), it's not necessary.
