What Each Daily Dose Provides

Each four-spray dose delivers 6µg of vitamin B12, which contributes to the normal function of the immune system, alongside 3000 IU of vitamin D3, 150µg of iodine at 100% NRV, and 5mg of iron. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Iodine contributes to normal thyroid function. Four nutrients to support a plant-based diet, in a single daily moment.

Press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing. Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds. Replace cap after use. Adults and those aged 13 and above: 4 sprays daily. Ages 8–12: 2 sprays daily. Ages 3–8: 1 spray daily.
