The Form of B12 That Matters

Not all B12 is equal. This formula uses methylcobalamin — the naturally active form found in human metabolism and widely considered the most bioavailable option. Each daily dose of four sprays provides 1200µg of vitamin B12. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and to normal psychological function. Chromium is included at 100% of its nutrient reference value.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Children from age three can use it too — at half the adult dose. Sugar free, gluten free, alcohol free, and free from artificial colours and flavours.

Press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing before first use. Shake well before every use. Spray carefully into the mouth, ideally onto the inside of the cheek, and hold for a few seconds. Replace the cap after use. Use 4 sprays daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Children under 12 years should use half the adult dose.
