I recently bought these DigestiMax to see if they would help with acid reflux issues. After a week or so of taking them with every meal I have found they helped a great deal, so much so that I have been able to gradually cut down and stop using prescribed medication (which, after some research I found to be potentially harmful!). It is early days yet but as long as you keep to a good diet, no sugar or processed carbs etc, then these should work a treat. The capsules are a bit large but should not be an issue to swallow. The ingredients in Digestimax should also help keep your gut bacteria down help with prevention of IBS amongst other ailments. But again, a good diet, like with all supplements, is essential.Goes Well With:Good Food!
Seems to help with bloating after carb heavy meal, get more colds when I stop taking it so I think it does the trick.Goes Well With:CLA
I find these help me maintain a healthy digestive system.
A product not to be overlooked for anyone looking to bulk/on a surplus calorie diet, and struggling to get all the food down then! Within a matter of days, you'll notice your body is processing food faster, making you want that next meal sooner! A quick note - the tablets are definitely on the larger side, but still swallow-able, however straight out of the tin they are very chalky and have a tendency to stick to the tongue - give them a quick wipe down first to make them smoother.
Really worth while purchase always use to struggle getting 6 meals a day down me. Fed up of sitting down to next meal and not feeling hungry. this has definitely helped speed up digestion and increase gains
Thought my appetite wasn't good so I tried these to help me eat more. And they do work! It feels a bit different when I have eaten, and gives me some space for more food. Highly recommended
Very effective... I bought this because my friend recommended it to me and I have to say, it works like a charm. Thanks!
You need 2 tablets to feel some effects so that is the best value for money, but it still does what it suppose to do,. There is also some papaya after-taste.
I take this with every meal. Whey shakes too,and I really feel it aids my digestion! I recommend this to anyone.Goes Well With:food
I feel much better after a few weeks of taking this DigestiMax with each meal. It's not easy to swallow though.
After clean eating for 1 week I was really struggling with bloating and constipation. I found DigestMax which was a fraction of the price for a similar product I had been using until it ran out. I used 1 with each meal as stated but found this too much so I've reduced it to 1 per day at lunchtime and it's helping to keep everything regular.Goes Well With:Water
This DigestiMax is a very good product - ideal if you're taking a lot of protein as it helps to break it down! I would definitely recommend this product. Goes Well With:Any protein products!
I personally think DigestiMax is a good supplement and I feel it does aid in helping to get all the nutrients from your protein etc. however it does smell quite bad and it becomes even more during the month when using. It can be off putting. But I would still recommend it.
"it´s kinda hard to swallow, i chew the pill and then get it down whith some water. good digestions and less bloat. good overall product"

"To expand on what i said on the forum, a good digestive enzyme / HCL supplement is invaluable for most people IMO. Almost everyone who is stressed-out and not eating a totally bang-on diet (most of us) needs digestive support, and there is more and more evidence to show a helluva lot of people have sub-optimal enzymatic and acid output in their guts. Its not 'you are what you eat' - its 'you are what you can digest'! The formula used in DigestiMax is an excellent blend of pancreatic enzymes and betain HCL, assisting your digestive track to attack food from both an enzymatic and acidicty perspective. Keeping stomach acid adequate during digestion is also critical for stopping nasty bacteria and viruses getting into your guts. I would keep DigestiMax as a staple."
"I have noticed since using DigestiMax that I feel less bloated/stuffed after meals (I take it breakfast, lunch & dinner). It's effects are especially noticeable for me with foods that usually cause wind/*farting in me no longer doing so (or at the least the volume of wind reduced to around 15-20% what I would usually expect to experience) the usual food culprits for me are:- kidney beans in my chilli-con-carne, pork (bacon/sausages), onions/leeks in any shape or form. A great example is the amount of cabbage I had in a Low-Carb Lasagne recipe last night (where pasta sheets are replaced instead with layers of cooked cabbage leaves) + I had excess cabbage leaves on the side of the dish as there was too much leftover from assembling the dish & I didn't want to see good vegetables go to waste in the bin - I didn't feel bloated after the meal & I didn't have to muffle the bedsheets to contain any nasty niffs at bedtime LOL.\n..........................................................................\n................................................................\n(*Sorry to be so blunt in my wording & I hope it doesn't seem crass of me - but it's true I'm less "windy" now!)\n..........................................................................\n................................................................\nThe quoted text below is from this MyProtein Forum Page: http://forum.myprotein.co.uk/supplements-formulas/25261-what-supplements-do-you-take-6.html#post360246\n[QUOTE=hailtotheking]A good digestive enzyme / HCL supplement is invaluable for most people IMO.
