Soy Protein Isolate boasts the highest protein content of any soy protein powder. Our Soy Protein Isolate is made from 100% NON-GMO defatted soy beans suing a stringent process which removes a vast majority of the fat and carbohydrate content. The resulting product yields over 90% protein content with minimal fat and carbohydrate, whilst being completely free of lactose.
Soy Protein Isolate is the ideal choice for vegetarians, vegans and those with special dietary requirements such as lactose intolerance. Soy Protein Isolate unfairly gets labelled as inferior to other high-end proteins such as Whey Protein, but is in fact a complete protein source so it sits equally alongside other protein sources such as Whey and Milk. Its moderate rate of digestion makes it a great accompaniment to Whey Protein
Soy Protein Isolate does NOT affect estrogen production as suggested by a number of unfounded myths. In a number of studies looking at such issues, there was no reported difference between those that use Soy Protein and those that don't.
Soy Protein Isolate is the closest vegetable protein that resembles meat proteins and boasts an excellent amino acid profile.
Soy Protein Isolate has a neutral flavour compared to other soy products and is FREE of Lactose and Gluten and is also GM free.
Add 250-350ml of water or milk into our shaker (the less liquid the thicker the shake will be). Then add 1 heaped MP large scoop (30g), shake and consume. Use 2-3 times daily or as required.
1 x level MP Plastic Scoop (large) weighs 28g. (not included)
Soy Protein Isolate, Cocoa Powder (chocolate flavours only), Flavouring (flavoured options only), Soy Lecithin (emulsifier), Sweetener (Sucralose® [flavoured options only]), Colouring (Beetroot Red [strawberry flavour only]).
Per 30g:Energy: 113.7Kcal Protein (dry basis): 27.8g Protein (as-is): 26.4g Fat: 0.9g Carbohydrates: 0.3g of which sugars: Trace
Please note this nutritional information is taken from the unflavoured version. When choosing a flavoured version it will reduce the protein content by approximately 3% for most flavours, however chocolate, due to the added cocoa, will reduce it by approximately 8%.

I have to drink non-dairy proteins because of my alergy and this is really good alternative to whey. I love vanilla and strawberry taste, waiting for chocolate taste to try. I mix it in my blender. Can be recommended!
Soy Protein Isolate
- (11 / Feb / 2014)
Great as always! I buy this and take it 4 times a day sometimes more, It mixes well and with some milk and coffee tastes great.Goes Well With:Milk and coffee.
- (11 / Feb / 2014)
Great taste and very good for adding to protein pancakes. Would recommend to anyone. Goes Well With:Milk, water, pancakes.
- (10 / Feb / 2014)
I buy this product and use it pretty much daily. I tend to use Whey Isolate in smoothies and juices and use this on it's own or with Total Nutrigreens. It mixes pretty well but it can feel a bit gritty in the mouth, which actually, I don't seem to mindGoes Well With:Total NutriGreens, Flav Drops.
Soy protein isolate
- (10 / Feb / 2014)
Fantastic product and works really well for m.
Impressive company and service, very professional.
I will definitely be ordering again, I would say the best product in this class I have used.
Thank youGoes Well With:Skimmed milk
at first, this product was really thick when i mixed it with milk, however when you mix it with chocolate powder, water and add sugar, it mixes really well and taste like chocolate drink.
since then i have been taking this continuously and only take me 1 min to mix, and drink the whole drink Goes Well With:well with chocolate powder, 1 tea spoon of sugar. and after that you can eat pretty much anything
- (09 / Feb / 2014)
Mixes well. Both chocolate and strawberry cream taste nice.
- (07 / Feb / 2014)
Bought this as I am currently avoiding any dairy products, after reading reviews I thought that it might not taste to great, as I have found with most whey proteins, I bought the vanilla flavour which actually tastes good, I also like the texture. Goes Well With:Creatine/BCAA
Decent protein, mixes well and is great post workout. Taste is markedly different from whey but after a shake or two you get used to it. I bought strawberry cream and while it is wholeheartedly a synthetic tasting flavour it's vey similar to the strawberry flavour angel delight you used to have as a kid which is not unpleasant at all! Will buy again. Only real downside is the flavoured pouches only come in 1kg! Annoying!Goes Well With:Mixes well with water, have also included powdered oats and blends well with them too
Excellent non-whey protein
Tony the Tiger
- (06 / Feb / 2014)
For anyone like me who cannot drink whey protein, this is an excellent substitute. Not quite as cheap as pea protein, but far more neutral in taste and, for me personally, not as "windy" if you know what I mean! Mixes well and the taste is easily masked (I blend in a banana for during my workout, and with peanut butter for high-protein shakes). Highly recommended.Goes Well With:Bananas; peanut butter
- (06 / Feb / 2014)
I was impressed with the fast delivery of this product and the taste is pretty good when mixed with soya milk. I bought a my protein shaker too and find that its hard to mix with the wire spiral mesh inside ad all the mixture gets stuck inside so I use it without this. But otherwise i am happy with the quality and taste of this product and the fact that you get a measurer too. Goes Well With:I mix it mostly with soya milk.
- (05 / Feb / 2014)
I found the product comfortably flavourless, so it goes with both sweet, chocolatey and savoury foods. Very easy to mix with soya milk or water; whatever the choice. High protein content compared to its low calories so it doesn't take up a lot of your calorie limit for the day.
Overall a 5-star product. I would buy it again.Goes Well With:chocolate shake, plant milks, water, sweet and savoury foods.
Excellent taste for soy protein, speedy delivery, will definitely use this supplier again.. very very pleased.
- (30 / Jan / 2014)
Bought 2 different flavors - Vanilla and Strawberry Cream.
The Vanilla flavor does not taste very well.
But the Strawberry Cream is very good!
The protein is very efficient. It has been to days and I am already getting cut!
It mixes well and does not leave lumps. Overall a good product!Goes Well With:Water or Milk
- (28 / Jan / 2014)
Don't add two scoops to water it sets like polyfiller which I found out earlier, but excellent product would recommend to anyone
- (27 / Jan / 2014)
Don't laugh guys but try this. Mix a scoop of soy protein isolate with a little milk and then make a coffee with it. It is proper nice.Goes Well With:Toffee flavour drops
- (25 / Jan / 2014)
Value for money is excellent and packaging is practical, no scoop is included, and the taste of my vanilla is pretty terrible... It is pretty grainy as well... Next time I'll buy whey isolate, it's more expensive but it tastes a lot nicer and mixes better, so unless you have to get this for dietary reasons then get the whey
Happy with the fast delivery
- (20 / Jan / 2014)
I ordered unflavoured one and it took me a couple of days to get use to the taste. It doesn't taste great but I'm totally fine with it now. Make sure to give it a good shake and I found it taste better if you leave it for half hour or so before you drink it. I like to make the shake slightly thiner than normal smoothie. I can't have dairy products and I don't want added flavouring so I will order it again.
I had to change to soy protein when I was diagnosed with a dairy intolerance and other shakes were actually making me throw up. I was worried about how this would taste but I needn't have been. The strawberries and cream is nice and although I generally blend mine with a banana, if I am having it straight from the gym then its still more than tolerable. I am not a hard and fast weight trainer but I do Body Pump classes, free weights in the gym, Spinning and swimming and I always feel better when I am taking this shake. Even when I am unable to train for whatever reason, I still continue to take this shake which means not all my hard work goes to waste. I also think that its a great price as you can get enough protein without using 2 scoops in every shake thus not going through it as quick as some. Definitely works for me!!
Soy Protein - Unflavoured
- (18 / Jan / 2014)
I decided to buy the unflavoured option simply for the fact that it was between that and the chocolate one. Given that the chocolate one had less protein I thought it was a no brainer. I have to say that it does mix really well, but unless you want it so thick that it sticks the to shaker you have to add more water than the 300ml suggested. It goes down nice and easy, but it really tastes odd. I'll just have to find a decent way to flavour it though. Also, dispatch and delivery was great! It arrived in less than 24 hours and that was with ordering it in the evening and with choosing standard delivery.
- (16 / Jan / 2014)
Great product. Easy to mix, and both chocolate and strawberry flavours are nice.
Recommended for a good alternative to whey products.
- (16 / Jan / 2014)
Nice shake. Thickens well. Amazing to blend fruit into.
Soy Protein Isolate.
- (15 / Jan / 2014)
Excellent as always, This soy protein is really good, it mixes well with oats, Milk and water and if you add flavouring there are endless different tastes it will take on easily. I highly recommend it as a slow release protein for any time of the day! I also make a protein bar with it, I mix 1 scoop of Soy with 1 scoop of oats then add some flavouring, toffee drops are really good, add some milk with a te spoon of freeze dried coffee and mix it all together into a dough then shape and Voila, tasty protein bar!!Goes Well With:Milk, oats, coffee and flavouring, drops or powder.
- (15 / Jan / 2014)
Great product dispatched quickly, enticing smell and great taste when mixed with soya milk. Like a delicious milkshake.Goes Well With:Soya Milk or just water.
Can't get over the taste!
- (08 / Jan / 2014)
I've no doubt this product itself if good quality but I just can't get past the taste. I thought getting a flavoured one would make it more drinkable but it's just horrid. Goes Well With:I'm determined not to waste it so I'm mixing it with fresh berries and cocoa!
- (07 / Jan / 2014)
No more poorly belly that usually get with whey- i'm lactose intolerant
Been making wonderful protein coffee mocha fraps with this and adding it to my oats in the mornings
- (03 / Jan / 2014)
it has an unpleasant taste to it when only miked with water it helps you allot to get more protein in ones diet i am sure it taste better if mixed with other foods
- (03 / Jan / 2014)
Before Christmas I did the 9 week Insanity workout challenge - basically HIIT sessions lasting between 35 and 60 minutes done 1st thing in the morning 6 days a week.
I thought I was pretty fit and lean before starting it and used Soy Protein Isolate as my post workout shake.
My before and after measurements and photos showed that I had stripped away what little excess body fat I had from my arms, waist and even my back! I had then put on good lean muscle. I'm now much fitter and the sessions have also boosted my running capability.
I felt that the protein shake was just what I needed to give me the recovery, repair and muscle building blocks that I needed.
My girlfriend calls it my wallpaper paste and on occasions perhaps she's not far wrong... but I'm used to the consistency of shakes!
I had the flavour free variety to maximise the protein content.
I mix with a banana, some blackberries then half fruit juice and half water to a good 'drinkable' consistency.
It seems to have worked for me alongside some hard grafting workouts...
Next up it's going to be used while I move on to a mix of weights sessions, my bi-weekly rock climbing and my running training...
Goes Well With:BCAA
- (09 / Dec / 2013)
This product is good however it puffes up a lot once mixed with water which makes it heavy and hard to mix with vitargo.
Goes Well With:Water
- (07 / Dec / 2013)
Great stuff - does the job soundly, very versatile, neutral taste means you can use it with anything, just wonder the source of 'my' protein...!Goes Well With:Anything
- (06 / Dec / 2013)
Excellent product, I always have some in the cupboard it's great I highly recommend it, great price, great content and takes on the flavour of flavouring really well. My favourite is the Myprotein toffee liquid drops, two or three drops with one good scoop and the shake, bar or paste tastes wonderful!Goes Well With:Toffee liquid drops, freeze dried instant coffee and great with porridge, blueberries and yogurt!
- (29 / Nov / 2013)
The new Strawberry Cream flavour is nice, I have it with water so it's never going to taste the same as the whey/milk based shakes but the taste isn't bad and it mixes well. Make sure you don't contaminate your shaker with whey protein at any point, this seems to make the soy react and it turns into a thick paste which you can't drink.
I had previously used the vanilla flavour and I think I will go back to that flavour
A smoothie must!!
- (26 / Nov / 2013)
Yes this does taste pretty poor alone with soya milk due to poor mix, this also isn't great tasting with cows milk or water. However there is an alternative as this type of protein is more natural and better for you plus much less windy than whey.
250-300ml of organic cows milk or standard cows milk
one large MP scoop of SPI
handful of blueberries - taste better fresh but frozen works
1 spoonful of peanut butter
handful of porridge oats
= perfect breakfast everyday!
this also tastes good if you add or swap honey for one of the fruits... mix it up! Goes Well With:banana, blueberries, honey, porridge oats, organic milk, peanut butter, cinnamon
- (21 / Nov / 2013)
I ordered unflavoured by accident instead of strawberry, it has to be one of the worst tasting things I've ever had, I take creatine ethyl ester and I prefer the taste of that over this shake, it does not mix well at all either and is very grainy and bitty.
- (16 / Nov / 2013)
I use this product every day and, combined with weight training, have seen increased fullness in my muscles.
I combine 250 ml of soya milk, 200 ml of water and 50g of soy protein isolate. It mixes well in the shaker. It tastes of nothing... Certainly nothing bad anyway.
Give it a try. It's like whey, but without the wind!Goes Well With:Soya milk and water.
- (16 / Nov / 2013)
Very good product, I bought Vanilla flavour, which is not the best thing I've ever tasted, but definitely not bad, I like that the taste isn't too sweet or artificial. It mixes bad in a shaker, so I always use my smoothie maker and mix some soy protein isolate, instant oats, oat milk and a banana and get a delicious breakfast every morning. I also like the packaging (very economic and practical). I will be repurchasing this product, and definitely try other flavours. Goes Well With:water, plant milk, banana, instant oats
I wouldn't buy again.
- (09 / Nov / 2013)
After finding out I am gluten intolerant I read all of the reviews and everybody was raving about this product.
This really may just be me, but this has to be the worst tasting, overly grainy powder I have ever drank.
I bought vanilla and strawberry and had the same issues, due to this I've actually chosen to pass the product on to a friend. If you don't like bad tastes stay away, if you're fine with them unlike me, go for it! I'm sure it is just as good, if not better than whey.Goes Well With:lots and lots of water!
Strawberry Cream Soy Protein
- (07 / Nov / 2013)
Had difficulty with whey and was looking for an alternative. This is really good have been training and getting the results I want. The product with strawberry cream tastes good, but if you don't like sweet tasting things avoid. It can be quite thick, but just add a little more water-like anything less water the thicker it is.
It hides the taste of creatine monohydrate well-no chemical taste afterwards.
Very happy with product will look to try another flavour next time just to see what they are like.Goes Well With:So far only tried with creatine monohydrate so far and hides that pharmaceutical taste very well.
Does what it says on the.. packet
- (02 / Nov / 2013)
I really enjoy this product, I perhaps don't consume as much as I'd need to get massive so quickly, but it's definitely helped me improve strength, and taken with dextrose and creatine I find the unflavoured actually can taste nice! (even nicer with almond milk than soya milk) I'm not too bothered by taste though, it's usefulness is the priority. and non GMO soy beans should always be a priority.
I'm yet to try it in a smoothie, as I'm way too lazy!Goes Well With:almond milk and dextrose (to sweeten it up a bit)
- (02 / Nov / 2013)
This protein is pretty good, for me it doesn't sit on my stomach and give me a bloated feeling, it has has a high protein to carb ratio meaning that it should be good for helping to building lean muscle, the first time I had it I had tried it with just water and the taste was horrible, add a bit of sugar and its alright.Goes Well With:sugar
- (02 / Nov / 2013)
Mixes spoonably thick and creamy. Perfect dessert consistency and tastes great too. I tried the vanilla blended with a chopped up frozen banana with soya milk. Amazing! Without the banana it's a great low carb/ low fat guilt-free dessert. Goes Well With:Blended frozen fruit and soya milk
- (30 / Oct / 2013)
I bought this as an alternative to whey as I think dairy is giving me bad skin. I expect it does what it's supposed to- but how can you really tell! But it is so so so thick- it reminds me of Playdoh in texture and smell! I have to eat it rather than drink it. In my opinion it's pretty disgusting to be honest, the texture and bland flavour made me feel sick to the point that I thought I'd just have to give up with it- I also tried it with porridge and it was SOOO BADDD. But, thankfully, after mixing it with cocoa, sweetener and a little water and heating it, I can now eat it like a pudding. The whey protein is definitely better if you don't need to use this.Goes Well With:Cocoa powder and sweetener/sugar
- (30 / Oct / 2013)
The chocolate version itself tastes fine but the powdery almost flour taste left in the mouth is a bit unpleasant, just seems not to mix properly. Also I seem to still get stomach pains from this protein, being intolerant to milk and eggs I thought the soy protein would be digests me but wasn't for me. Overall I don't think this protein is for me but may be different for othersGoes Well With:Water
good protein but hard to mix.
- (28 / Oct / 2013)
This Protein doesn't "disolve" in water but rather behaves like flour. This means a lot of liquid is needed to make it drinkable.
The unlavoured variant got a mild soy taste, it's definitly a lot better than unflavoured whey. It's not unpleasent but rather hard to mask. It's probably good for cooking since it's almost like flour.Goes Well With:Water, Milk
Great Protein Supplement
- (26 / Oct / 2013)
I use this product rather as protein supplement than for muscle building purposes as I am a vegan and I find it quite difficult to consume a sufficient amount of proteins from a vegan diet on a daily basis. So I decided to use this product. It is an excellent product that I would recommend to everyone. It tastes good and the price is great compared to other protein isolate products.
The only downside is that it does not mix so well. Sometimes there are still lumps in my fruit shake.
Soya milk makes me quite bloated. So I was positively surprised that this soya protein does not have the same effect on my stomach.Goes Well With:Soya, almond and hemp milk, water, fruits
- (24 / Oct / 2013)
I just tried The Chocolate smooth flavor blended with Water, Blueberries and Banana and it was delicious. Blends well, and tastes great. No bad after taste.
One of the best proteins I've bought from here.Goes Well With:Summer berries and Bananas
Choc Soy Protein
- (20 / Oct / 2013)
I tried this because I wanted a paleo suppement and I have a mild dairy allergy. I mix it in a normal shaker and it does mix ok but definitely don't try to go too thick - it ends up like mud. Inevitably it does not have the smoothness associated with big-brand milk based shakes but it is quite drinkable. There is a bit of a residual "bean" taste but it's not overpowering - the chocolate flavour is quite nice. All in all not a bad supplement - I'm going to stick with it and would reccomend it to other Paleos.
- (20 / Oct / 2013)
The strawberry cream flavour is too sweet. But it's still better than the unflavoured version which taste like compost. But the protein is good!Goes Well With:25% soya 75% water
Good, if you can mask the taste
- (17 / Oct / 2013)
Seems to be a cheap and effective way to get more protein down you. I'm a cyclist, and have neglected to do my muscles any favours by not getting enough recently. One scoop morning and evening seems to be helping a lot with my recovery without the bloating I usually get from whey, so I'm happy. The taste is not good though - mixing it with nesquik or into porridge helps.Goes Well With:Nesquik / porridge
