Potentially a good supplement for eye health.
This product contains several important nutrients that benefit eye health. However, I would recommend Myprotein consider replacing Beta-Carotene with Zeaxanthin. Beta-Carotene can compete with Lutein for absorption. Zeaxanthin, on the other hand, works synergistically with Lutein and is commonly found in other eye health supplements. Additionally, including Bilberry extract and a small amount of Vitamin E would further enhance the formula.Goes Well With:Omega 3
