Very good
5I was sceptical of using these after using a vegan chondrotin and glucosame but these are really good! Not feeling any joint pain or niggles at all.

Made a difference
5When I started playing football I was suffering from pain in my shins that would keep me up at night. I tried these to see if they would work and I can honestly say after taking them for a month or so now I have noticed a huge difference. My legs don't feel nearly as bad as they did.

Joint tablets
5These tablets actually work, I have tried many tablets like these which haven't done what they say it helps with. After taking these my body feels a lot stronger Goes Well With:Water

Opposite effect
1I brought these hoping they would help, but they made things worse. I used these with my proteins alpha male and omega 3. After a week of use i started to get an pain in my knee when it was bent for long periods of time, this was quite annoying while driving. I put this down to flexability and the suppliment doing there job, not the suppliments causing the pain. I took them for about 4 weeks then stopped as the pain was unbarable anymore. It has been a week now and my knee is much better, still a bit of stiffness but i feel better off the tablets then on.
