With intense training comes intense DOMS. THE All-In-One aims to fuel your exercise recovery. Take a shake after exercise to boost recovery, the aim is to get you back to the gym as soon as possible after a workout. Those PBs aren’t going to beat themselves.

We can’t promise no DOMS, especially after a heavy leg day, but at least you have the peace of mind that you’re doing all you can. Including 50g of carbohydrates, it’ll not only fill you up post-workout but help fuel recovery too.
