Literally just a normal top. No support, quite loose, although pretty comfy. Just definitely not for a cardio session at the gym. Also 0 padding as well.

Grey sports bra

It's a great material and rather comfy. The only downside is that straps are very long and it is not adjustable. So I am thinking about getting something new or cutting it and sawing it shorter.
