Decent shorts
I'm a UK size 10 and find the small a good fit. Shorts have performed and washed well so far after a few uses. Inner liner tends to ride up a bit.

Great pair of shorts
I've been looking for a pair of shorts for a while as I am really picky. But these were just perfect and exactly what I was looking for (I do a lot of hiking, walking and running). They stay were they should be and don't climb up. I am size 38 and chose M. They have straps inside so if they are loose you can use to tighten them up at your hip level.

Comfiest gym shorts
These are the comfiest gym shorts I’ve ever owned! They’re really good because they hardly rise up when working out which is something I’m very conscious about and they’re super comfy to lounge about it.
