silent sleeper
5I am never really sure if this works regardless of price or make, however I seem to sleep through my alarm every morning while taking the product. So I assume I am getting a deeper sleep. Now set 2 alarms and all is fine.

Disappointed with myprotein
1I bought this product as it was cheaper than precision engineered brand, and I have been/will be taking it for life as its such an important supplement for gettin me out of bed on the mornings and fixing my zinc deficiency. Despite having the exact same ingredients and doses as the precision engineered brand, myprotein zma did not make me feel fresh when I woke up at all, it also had the exact same effect on my girlfriend who takes It constantly, and we tried this for 2 weeks to no avail. As soon as we switched back to the precision engineered brand, we were straight out of bed and fresh as a daisy. I will continue to buy most of my other supplement stack from MP, however will be testing them vs other brands to see if I get similar results to the disappointing zma.

Very good
4Great product, I noticed a big difference although I think my diet may have been very low in Zinc. This is a little too expensive for what it is though but overall it's good. I've noticed I sleep better, with increased motivation.

Effective Supplement
5Having been taking this supplement for the past few weeks, it is a great supplement for anyone looking to ensure their zinc & magnesium levels are kept strong and it also gives you a great nights sleep... no side effects experienced at all. 4I've been using this supplement for around a week now, it seems to work pretty well along with the protein I use. I have seen some difference, I think these tablets support your body well and enable you to put everything into your body gets used better, I would recommend it.Goes Well With:Water

Quality snoozes
5I used this product because I always react badly to multi-vitamins and this boosts some of the essentials. It gives me great quality sleep. I do wake up during the night but I feel I've slept for hours when I've only been in bed for one or two, which is a great feeling. My dreams are more vivid too. I take a couple of days off it each week though as I struggle to wake up if I don't! And I wouldn't use it if I expect to get less than eight hours.Goes Well With:A bed and nine hours to spare.

5This supplement helps me sleep and recover really well. I have tried other brands, but Myprotein works best for me. I have lots more energy in the morning, even after a tough session the day before.Goes Well With:Take before bed on empty stomach

Works for me!
4I've always struggled with getting a good 7-8 hours sleep per night, I tried all the usual 'pharmacist' aids but still found myself being irritated during sleep. I was recommended this supplement not only for healthy sleeping patterns but recovery as well and must say it's worked on both levels. My sleep is now uninterrupted and I sleep solidly for 7 hours and my recovery is limited to 24 hours DOMS max whereas before I could be recovering for 2-3 days post workout. Anyone looking to use this for instant 'size and strength' gains don't bother, improve your diet before assessing supplements. I bought this to aid sleep and recovery and its worked perfectly fine for me.Goes Well With:A big comfy bed!
