Part of pre bedtime routine to aid sleep
5A good value source of magnesium and zinc that I take before sleep along with omega 3-6-9. This combination appears to help restful sleep. I have trouble sleeping and have tired many pre bedtime combinations. Mg, Zn and fish oils seem to work for meGoes Well With:Fish oils, protein
