Great boost but......
4Possibly the worst tasting thing I've ever put in my mouth. Don't get me wrong they do their job and top up all those b vitamins you need but please do something about the taste and how powdery they are in your throat Goes Well With:Anything to remove the taste

B Boost
5Upon first glance the vitamin tablets looked quite large!! but having read the description as water soluble tablets , they are so easy to crush , then added to a glass of water or with orange dilute, easy !!👍🏼Goes Well With:Water ,diluted juice

Horrific
1Never have I had such trouble with tablets, I generally take around 720tablets together and can swallow them all with no problem. This includes larger tablets such as calcium and magnesium tablets. Since using these tablets I have to take this one tablet separate from the others and due to its ridiculously large size it sticks in my throat half the time where it stays to dissolve. The tablet is also uncoated, it's the worst experience I've ever had with a tablet.

3Huge tablets. Really hard to swallow. Could do with being smaller.

Impossible to swallow
1These are on the edge of dangerous to swallow. My husband and I have both tried to take these several times. We do not usually have swallowing problems. They are big and, although we have had big tablets before, they are really big and the surface is very rough. This makes them very difficult to swallow and they scratch and feel as though they are going to get stuck in the throat.

Awful!
1Ordered these as I couldn't find the old B12 supplements I previously used. The ingredients and amounts of vitamin B in these are fab, but the size/smell/taste of the tablets make them near impossible to actually take! Even cut in half they're far too large and dissolve immediately as they're uncoated - Meaning they get stuck in your throat almost immediately. Really disappointed, which is a first here.

Fine if you can swallow slabs of cement
1These tablets are honestly so massive I struggle to take them every morning and have got them stuck in my throat several times because they're so dry. The taste/ smell is AWFUL too. Unfortunately won't be repurchasing

way too big and taste awful
3the tablets way too big and they start dissolving immediately when you put in your mouth makes to hard to swallow the whole thing for me. many times, it came back

Too big to swallow. A horse would struggle. I actually got tsblet stuck and choked .
1Now I have a scratched sore throught. Not good been with my protein for over ten years, loyal customer but these are a joke.

1First impression was the smell… really bad, actually indescribable but really bad Didn’t feel like these did anything for me so stopped taking them. Maybe didn’t need them at all really
