Just doesn’t blend
1Always liked myprotein powders, never left a negative review. But after trying to cut back on dairy I thought I’d give the vegan blend a go. I tried using 250ml, then 500ml and the 750ml of water, even used a blender. This powder just doesn’t mix. Every time it left a flour/chalk like texture in the mouth and half of the mixture just sticks to the blender. Absolutely awful unfortunately. Goes Well With:The bin.

Dislike recipe change
3I rather liked the original chocolate smooth flavour, especially when mixed with almond or coconut milk. However, this new recipe tastes strangely bitter, which I really don’t like. It’s such a shame as I really liked the old recipe. I hope one day they can bring it back... I won’t be buying the new recipe again.Goes Well With:-

The worst protein I have ever purchased
1As my body finds it difficult to tolerate the necessary level of whey protein, I decided to try the Vegan Blend. It is truly foul. I've lived with it on and off for a few months but it is just too unpalatable. I'm aware that the latest Vegan Blend is a new receipe but it's also more expensive than the original one. Looks like I need to find a different supplier.Goes Well With:Absolutely nothing.

Grit
1This protein tastes like grit. I managed to have 1/3 of the packet and have now decided to cut my losses and buy another brand. I previously used whey protein vanilla and recently switched to being vegan. This is in no way remotely comparable to the non-vegan option and it is a shame if this is the best that can be achieved in the vegan space.

Horrible taste and mixing
1Tried to mix it water, milk, almond milk, doesn’t blend at all. Very sandy taste. I guess it is my last purchase with my protein. Over defined product information. Got 2.5kg of two pack guess I have to spend to much on chicken now as it will take ages to finish. Goes Well With:Nothing

More chalky than the Cliffs of Dover
1Seriously, though. Before I went vegan I used My Protein Whey all the time and loved it. However their Vegan Blend is not of the same quality as their other powders. I really feel ripped off. I can't actually drink it it's that bad.

The best Vegan Protein i've tried so far
5I've tried both Soy Protein Isolate and Vegan Blend and would say the Vegan Blend works best for me. I felt i was losing muscle, but remained at the same weight on Soy Protein Isolate. I'm feel that i'm gaining back muscle now on the Vegan Blend.Goes Well With:Rice milk when bulking

Won't be buying again
2Disclaimer: I'm not a vegan... I didn't think this protein tastes nice at all, and it also diddnt mix smooth. The nutritional value of the product is good however I couldn't drink it

Not the best
2The taste is not the worst in the world, I got the chocolate flavour and it tasted like any usual chocolate protein powder, but the texture is horrendous. Definitely cannot drink this, it has a sand like texture which doesn't mix well into the water or milk. I'd definitely recommend using this powder for something like protein pancakes or overnight oats because this is just not drinkable unless you can stand the feeling of sand in your mouth.
