Horrible
1I just used this for the first time as part of a joe wicks soup recepie which called for protein powder. It is terrible. Two mouthfuls was way too much! It was all I could taste in the soup. It’s gritty, chalky and like wall paper paste. Been feeling nauseous since having it and can’t get rid of the smell or taste. To the tune where I had to break my programme and eat a packet a polos to try and stop being sick. Waste of money. Don’t buy it. I’ll stick with pea protein from Holland and Barratt. Went back to the pot of soup to pour it down the toilet and it had basically gone hard in the pot! Goes Well With:Nothing!

Disgusting
1Bought the unflavoured protein powder and it tastes disgusting, nothing I've tried covers the horrible taste. Horrible gritty texture, overwhelming taste and it smells foul. Waste of money, will not buy again. Goes Well With:Nothing, nothing at all covers the smell, taste or texture.

Far too sweet
2I used the chocolate flavored one and it's my first time ordering it so I went for the 500gr bag. However I must say it's far too sweet and I really don't understand why they had to use that amount of sweetener. It makes it taste very artificial and difficult do drink. The stevia versions I used before(non veg) tasted very nice and it wasn't that sweet so I wonder if that's not a better option to sweeten this one as well.

Super grainy and gritty
3I purchased the chocolate flavour and it does taste like chocolate, but it is very grainy and gritty and kind of earthy tasting so it’s not a very pleasing taste compared to whey. I have recently become vegan and love to incorporate protein powders into my diet but this I just chug down it’s horrible! Do not recommend! Goes Well With:Almond milk

Taste change
2I always buy this blend as I tend to really get along with it quite well. However on this last purchase I did notice on the front of the pack instead of it saying “vegan protein blend” the packaging had changed to just “vegan blend”. I thought nothing of it until I measured out my normal portion and took a sip. The product seems to taste completely different. It tastes very falsely sweet as though there has been a lot of artificial sweetener added, and I only mix this product with water so there is no added flavour. As I realised the recipe must have been changed to make the taste so different, I checked the nutritional values on the back too. This has also changed. Be mindful if you normally buy this product and you either track your macros or count calories as it has changed. Also it tends to settle quite quickly to the bottom of your protein shaker, much quicker than the old version. Remember to shake it up every now and then as if you are just sipping it you will end up with a big gloop at the bottom. I loved the old version and now I really despise this new one. Unfortunately I now have two 500g bags that I won’t be touching at all. Absolutely gutted

Poor product
1Product has caused bladder problems. Very difficult to digest. Been visiting the hospital multiple times. Been using the product for one month and I've had issues with bladder for a month. It was a shame as a friend recommended me this product. Very let down.

Poor.
1Bought this as a present for my boyfriend for xmas & was so excited to finally try a my protein vegan protein... however was extremely disappointed. It doesn’t mix well at all, is lumpy and so powdery. The taste itself is horrible and he couldn’t manage more than 3 sips. It smells and is just not up to standard. Has tried another brand which is much better & still vegan. Very unhappy, wish I could get my money back, what a waste! Goes Well With:Nothing. Don’t buy

Bring back *Active Women Vegan Blend
2I bought this as you no longer stock Active Women Vegan Blend First and foremost the nutritional profile of the previous is far superior with added supplements but just as important I find this much harder to digest, the previous had a mix of pea/rice/hemp the new is mainly pea and it gives me alot of bloating and wind :/ Lastly I used this as a base to porridge/pancakes/shake amongst other things so just a simple vanilla as previous would be great BRING BACK ACTIVE WOMEN VEGAN Goes Well With:-

Chalky and artificial tasting
1I had heard some really good reviews and was really excited to try this. Unfortunately it's very chalky and tastes quite strongly of artificial sweetener. I find it very difficult to mix and I couldn't stomach drinking it. I've tried baking with it but the artificial/chalky taste is very prominent. Super disappointed, myprotein usually do great quality powders that taste fantastic, but this wasn't up to standard.Goes Well With:Nothing

Dusty texture 'Chocolate Smooth'
3PROS: Can't find any benefits over other types of powder, only that the after taste is not as bad as with the whey protein. CONS: Not very intense chocolate flavour. (I have only tried to mix it with water). The texture is very dusty and leaves a bit of an after taste. Makes me a bit bloated. Conclusion: Better to try other flavour or other type of protein shake.Goes Well With:Water
