Product Overview

Here’s your essential amino acid supplement, containing an optimal 4:1:1 ratio of leucine, isoleucine, and valine.

These can’t be produced by your body so they must come from your diet, and that’s where we come in.

Sourced from plant-based ingredients, using an innovative fermentation process, our Vegan BCAA 4:1:1 is perfect for vegan and vegetarian diets!

What are the benefits of Vegan BCAA 4:1:1?

It contains three popular essential amino acids – the building blocks of protein that make up the structure of new muscle tissue. This is so important for any fitness goal, whatever your aim.

Plus, this 4:1:1 blend offers you added leucine for those hoping to reap the benefits of this specific essential amino acid – proving a popular choice throughout the fitness community.

When should you take Vegan BCAA 4:1:1?

We recommend taking 5g 2-4 times a day for best results – enjoying one of our fruity flavours, or simply adding to your favourite shake.

These amino acids can be taken throughout the day, or before, during and after exercise.

For even better results, try it with…

Creatine Monohydrate – it’s proven to increase physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise –ideal for improving strength and power.*

*The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of creatine.

Important- we have recently changed the name of this product from Fermented BCAA 4:1:1 to Vegan BCAA 4:1:1. Please note that the formulation has not changed, this is the same product with a different name.

Please note that the labelling on this product is provided in English as a minimum. French, Italian, German, Spanish, Danish, Swedish and Finnish may also be present on a product by product basis.

I bought it recently as a replacement for my BCAA 4:1:1. To tell you truth there is not much difference between them. People do not realize that if BCAA taste awful it means it is a good quality. Do some research.

Just tried for the first time. Checked the labelling and it states this product may contain milk or egg. Does that mean it might not be vegan? Since I have an intolerance to milk and egg where do I stand as I bought this on the basis that it was suitable for vegans? Is it vegan? As for the taste its not great as I mixed the unflavoured powder with just water. Tastes like the powder smells, fermented rotten something or other however I'm quite happy to bear it if it provides gains (and if its 100% vegan of course)

Goes Well With:

Only tried with water but needs juice or almond milk maybe.

This BCAA product tastes great in blue raspberry just like the normal versions, but for those of us that avoid animal based products this plant sourced versions is more suited, it is great that it is the 4,1,1 version providing you with more leucine per serving which is the key amino acid for increasing the rate of protein synthesis, i find BCAA's work well to aid in boosting endurance and recovery in my workouts allowing for me to train with less rest between sets. if you found value in my review then please use my referral code geoff - rdt (no space in between dash and letters) and all in capital letters at checkout for 33% off.

As a vegan currently on a cut, I thought bcaas were a must have. When I tried these the taste was discussing to me (personal opinion of the peach and mango flavour) but I thought it would be worth it for the amino acid benefit. However 5-10 minster later, my stomach blew up like a balloon and was super painful. I hadn't eaten anything else unusual so I know it was these. I am sure not everyone will have this reaction, but for me personally who has a sensitive stomach at the moment they are definitely not for me.

This is the worst tasting supplement I have ever had. I have had many many different supplements over the last 6 years and this is just awful. It tastes horrible, it floats to the top of water/juice and doesn't mix well, and just generally tastes like... I don't even know how to describe it.... Unfortunately due to the flavour I can't comment on the effectiveness. I normally love MP products, and should really write more reviews, but this... I could not leave un-reviewed.

Myprotein supp are simply the best in all terms. Real gain with no side effects. They are of two types essential and non essential.Non-essential aminos are those that can be synthesized by the body, even if we don’t get them in our diet. Non-essential amino acids include: alanine, asparagine, aspartic acid and glutamic acid. For bodybuilders and athlete, higher amount of certain amino acids may be needed. Non-essential aminos are those that can be synthesized by the body, even if we don’t get them in our diet. Non-essential amino acids include: alanine, asparagine, aspartic acid and glutamic acid. For bodybuilders and athlete, higher amount of certain amino acids may be needed. Amino acid profiles of protein can vary significantly and depend on the source and quality of the protein. Absorption and digestions rates, micronutrient content, ability to support growth, repair and maintenance of tissues, and more—all contribute to protein quality and can differ greatly from one source to another. Simply stated, not all proteins are created equal. The same is true when it comes to the manufacturing of protein powders. My protein supplements are simply the best in all over the world. Best time to take protein is one of the times that your body is in need of it the most is immediately following a workout since your body starts to heal the muscle right after a workout, taking protein at that time will give the body the fuel it needs to heal and grow.Following your workout it's a good idea to take in small meals containing high protein in about three to four hour intervals, thereby providing your muscles with a constant supply of protein to help your muscles heal. It is also vital to take in a protein drink or a slow burning protein (such as cottage cheese) before you go to bed therefore providing your muscles with protein, since your body will be slowly depleted of protein as you sleep. Breakfast is a key meal as well, because your body awaits nourishment after sleeping for 8-12 hours. One of the best tips of advice I can give you though, is to eat consistently, day in and day out.Conclusioone of the times that your body is in need of it the most is immediately following a workout since your body starts to heal the muscle right after a workout, taking protein at that time will give the body the fuel it needs to heal and grow.

Reliable, trusted, cheap, results oriented are another names for Myprotein supplements..Today we will discuss about benefits of protein in our body.Protein is in the spotlight these days, with articles touting diets high in protein and advertisements for protein powders in the media. Protein is, of course, an important building block in the body, but it is not the only building block. And furthermore, protein is made up of a variety of substances, with the result that not all protein sources are equal in value. Here are some of the facts about proteins Protein is essential to a healthy heart and a healthy body; animal sources of protein including eggs are better for you nutritionally since they contain all of the essential amino acids; as with most nutrients and vitamins, both too much and too little protein have detrimental effects on the body; and, protein cannot be stocked up like fat but must be eaten daily. Protein is the basic nutrient and plays an essential role in carrying cholesterol and preventing heart disease. The human body in its complexity needs dozens of nutritive substances. The one that stands before all others is protein, or proteins, since there is not one but hundreds of kinds of protein. Here’s what protein contributes We are literally made of protein from our bones to our muscles, arteries and veins, skin, hair, and fingernails. Our heart, brain, liver, kidneys, and lungs are built of tissue made of proteins. Proteins help carry the oxygen that reddens our blood. In the form of enzymes, proteins digest our food, synthesize essential substances, and break down waste products for elimination. When fat and carbohydrates are insufficient, proteins produce the energy we need for life. Proteins in combination with a substance called sterols form hormones, which regulate the delicate chemical changes that constantly take place within the body. The chromosomes, which pass on our characteristics to our children, include protein in their structure. Protein is needed to carry fat and cholesterol throughout the body.

My protein supplements have all those benefits which our body need to grow and transform.Protein supplements are good after a workout is one of the best time to get protein into the body so that the protein can be delivered to your muscles, to begin healing the micro tears i.e very small tears in the muscle tissue, caused by intense contraction of the muscle during workout in the muscle.Because solid food takes more time to digest and to break down the protein and send it to the muscles, it can be best to take a protein shake immediately following a workout, since protein shakes only take about thirty minutes to reach the muscle after ingestion.we can see the advantage to taking a protein.Whey protein has become a favorite supplement for those seeking to put on muscle and enhance their physiques as well as improve their health. In order to decipher which protein is best for a particular need, typically one would use a specific gauge of some sort to determine which protein to use.

The body has the ability to make its own “building blocks” out of whatever amino acids are on hand. However, there is one important limitation—some of those amino acids are only available in food. These “raw materials” so to speak must all be present to build the body properly; if they are not, the body, like a building made with shoddy materials, will not stand up over time. Of the twenty amino acids needed for proper construction, eight are called essential amino acids for adults, nine for children, since the body cannot synthesize or make these for itself: histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine (which becomes cystine), phenylalanine (which becomes tyrosine), threonine, tryptophan, and valine. These essential amino acids must come from our diets.2 The other twelve can be manufactured within the body or, to continue our construction metaphor, they are made “on-site.” At different ages, we need different amounts of amino acids for optimal functioning. Furthermore, not all protein sources have equal nutritional value.

My protein supplements are the building blocks which provide high quality protein to our body.Vegetarian sources of proteins include legumes, nuts, seeds and fruits. Legumes, some of which are called pulses in certain parts of the world, have higher concentrations of amino acids and are more complete sources of protein than whole grains and cereals. Examples of vegetarian foods with protein concentrations greater than seven percent include soybeans, lentils, kidney beans, white beans, mung beans, chickpeas, cowpeas, lima beans, pigeon peas, lupines, wing beans, almonds, Brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, walnuts, cotton seeds, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, sesame seeds, and sunflower seeds. My search ends here when I notice results of my protein supplements.. Protein is an important component of every cell in the body. Hair and nails are mostly made of protein. Your body uses protein to build and repair tissues. You also use protein to make enzymes, hormones, and other body chemicals. Protein is an important building block of bones, muscles, cartilage, skin, and blood. Along with fat and carbohydrates, protein is a "macronutrient," meaning that the body needs relatively large amounts of it. Vitamins and minerals, which are needed in only small quantities, are called "micronutrients." But unlike fat and carbohydrates, the body does not store protein, and therefore has no reservoir to draw on when it needs a new supply. I used this referral code and got 33% of on every purchase. Its very useful and unique referral code. Use this code for amazing offers and deal. Thanks. If both are taken together they work tremendously. .
