Works well
3I have been training for over 20 years and follow quite a structured program, I added these to my diet over 2 weeks ago and have noticed a fair increase in the weight used in the 8-10 rep range. I take 1 before and 1 after training and then 1 with evening meal. And for the price you pay, I don't think you can go wrong. Goes Well With:Creatine monohydrate pre workout Zma before bed

Jury still out
4I've recently made some large dietary changes and as a consequence found that I was lacking energy and drive. I have tried various creatine products and didn't feel any significant benefit from them so I thought that I would give this a try. Not sure if there has been any positive effect other than the increase in libido (which for me has been significant). With regards to training, I don't feel like I am stacking the plates on, more a case of maintaining the level that I was on. It is possible that this product has offset the negative aspect of the change of diet so the monitoring of progress (or lack of) will continue. The capsule is pretty tasteless but I didn't wish to mark it down for that. Mixability is not applicable. Effectiveness, the jury is still out but because of one particular aspect, I will be purchasing again. Thank you.

One of the best products I've had from my protein
5Before I was using tribulus I was worried that leaning out would make me lose my hard earn gains but using this product has helped me to no end so happy I got this especially combining it with my bcaa.Goes Well With:Bcaa whey protein and creatine.

Excellent
5I've read that this stuff works for some and not for others and also read reports that say it has no effect whatsoever. All I can say is that I've only been taking one capsule just before bed (to get the max anabolic effect over night) on days that I've trained (2-3 times a week) and I've noticed that once I get into the gym, I dont want to leave. I seem to want to train to exhaustion on every set, sqeeze out one more rep and then do another set. I'm 48, so maybe needed a little boost !

3I got some of these free when ordering other products. I noticed no real difference when trying this product, with no change in my libido. This may be due to my age etc.
