4The content of Thermopure is great, there are a lot of ingredients in there to help with fat burning. Been taking it for about a month (with the combination of a well balanced diet and consistent gym sessions) and I feel leaner. Don't expect it to work miracles if you aren't putting in the effort with your diet and gym sessions!

Sweat God!
4These Thermopure tablets are certainly worth their weight in gold, even if you are sceptical about weight loss tablets. These gave me twice as much energy. I really got sweating when doing cardio or even weights during my cutting period (ongoing as of current). These are not for you if you are doing less than 3 hours a week of exercise, as they will not do anything for you. You need to constantly keep getting that heart rate up in order to these to work like they are meant to. I found that when not taking them for a weekend, I struggled to sleep without taking one in the morning that day. I was tossing and turning at night, because of the concentrate of caffeine in these it's no surprise my body adjusted to them and relied on them. I also never felt tired. Even after 3 hours sleep I felt I had plenty. Be wary that taking these for too long could cause some much more worrying side effects, such as insomnia. Don't abuse them. I take 1 tablet a day when I'm not working out (usually in the morning), and on workout days I take 1 in the morning and two before my workout.Goes Well With:Plenty of water and a good diet and an excellent cardio program.

Get ready to sweat
5Whilst taking Thermopure you can definitely feel you get more of a sweat on whilst working out. I'm not sure if it's because of my training or the thermopure, but I'm definitely running longer. I put 5 stars for taste not because they taste great but because they don't really have any taste and therefore you can easily swallow them.

Sweating more.
5I've been taking Thermopure for just about 2 weeks now. I take 3 just before training or a workout. I do Mixed Martial Arts and need to lose 6kg in just over 10 weeks. I found it really hard to get a really good sweat on no matter how hard I worked. These tablets most definitely make me sweat at least twice as much as before. They are not a miracle tablet and don't expect to take them for two weeks, eat crap and sit around all day. I've lost 1.5kg in the past two weeks so I am on track for my weigh in. I've lost fat from my stomach but have done an hour of cardio every day and eaten like a god. Goes Well With:An hour cardio a day and a well balanced diet.

4I have been taking Thermopure for just under a month now, and I have seen large changes to my body; I have lost fat and seem more toned now, it also boosts your energy levels. Will be buying more and would definitely recommend. Goes Well With:CLA and Green Tea Extract

2Thermopure doesn't work for me, I have not seen any additional sweating in the gym. However it seems to work for others therefore I will say that they are easy tablets to swallow and taste quite nice!
