Only just started the workouts, and a couple of the reviews have said that they are easy. Imagine that depends on where you are in your fitness journey. I agree the first workout was wasy, but already felt a step up in the secobd. So am picturing a steady build up. Good workouts that ensure i can do a workout, whenever and wherever. Video links would work on basic notebook type devices, but work well on iPad and phone. Good workouts.Goes Well With:Positive attitude!
Great for someone like me getting back into training after a few years of laziness! Good exercises and useful tips which helped me go into the gym with a structured plan and not waste time learning and trying different exercises. This feels like a project they gave a summer intern who really just wanted to use a camera and a bit of photoshop. The workouts are barely anything more than warmups, while it is difficult to make a one size fits all workout plan, a better attempt than this would not be hard.Goes Well With:The delete button
I'm always on the look out for different work outs! I will certainly be using some of these in the gym! There's a good range of workouts that can be tweaked for any level of gym goer! Goes Well With:Some good "Sets" to throw into your current session!

A 'one size fits all' workout plan is never going to be easy but this looks like it was put together in 5 minutes. The plan is far too basic with no science behind the training split or exercises, the workouts themselves are 10-30 minutes which isn't really sufficient and half the e-book is imagery which just doesn't add value. Bit of a feeble attempt at what could be a really nice add on. Myprotein team - why don't you do a few different eBook's for different training goals/competencies and base them on some tried & tested plans? Include more science and less imagery/product plugs!Goes Well With:N/A,
