28 day workout plan

I’m not saying that it’s not useful for most people, however I’m severely disabled in a wheelchair and can only train at home with resistance bands or flexi bar so for myself it isn’t of any help or use as even with my eating anymore than around 1000 calories a day I put weight on and it’s taken me 5 years to get my weight down to around 18 stone which is ten stone lighter than at my heaviest. If I was to go back 7 and half years before I had to have a wheelchair due to lower back problems then it could of been very useful and even though I was 23 stone then my fat levels were around 15% as I was bulking up for a strength competition. It has some good stuff in there and for saying it was free you really can’t complain but for myself at the moment there was nothing in it that I could use,but I would recommend trying it out for the average person that can train with weight,cook their own meals etc no matter what level your at as it’s always good to change your routine every now and then and 4 weeks is a good length of time. I’m in my mid 40’s now and have been training in some part since I was 8 useing body weight exercise and running then progressed more at 12 as I was running at a high level then and started with a few weight workouts a week from 16 onwards and progressed from there. Don’t always stick to other people’s workouts as you need to listen and feel your own body,don’t go on an ego trip trying to lift weights that are to heavy you will just injure yourself and you won’t get the best gains and benefits from your workout and change your training every now and then to shock your body and muscle weather your into weight training or cardio,but balance is the key and this plan seems pretty good. Hope that helps

At home workout

Only just started the workouts, and a couple of the reviews have said that they are easy. Imagine that depends on where you are in your fitness journey. I agree the first workout was wasy, but already felt a step up in the secobd. So am picturing a steady build up. Good workouts that ensure i can do a workout, whenever and wherever. Video links would work on basic notebook type devices, but work well on iPad and phone. Good workouts.

Great for someone like me getting back into training after a few years of laziness! Good exercises and useful tips which helped me go into the gym with a structured plan and not waste time learning and trying different exercises. Really enjoying being back in the gym

The workout does not tailor my needs.

Summer intern project

This feels like a project they gave a summer intern who really just wanted to use a camera and a bit of photoshop. The workouts are barely anything more than warmups, while it is difficult to make a one size fits all workout plan, a better attempt than this would not be hard.

I'm always on the look out for different work outs! I will certainly be using some of these in the gym! There's a good range of workouts that can be tweaked for any level of gym goer!

Totally Inadequate

A 'one size fits all' workout plan is never going to be easy but this looks like it was put together in 5 minutes. The plan is far too basic with no science behind the training split or exercises, the workouts themselves are 10-30 minutes which isn't really sufficient and half the e-book is imagery which just doesn't add value. Bit of a feeble attempt at what could be a really nice add on. Myprotein team - why don't you do a few different eBook's for different training goals/competencies and base them on some tried & tested plans? Include more science and less imagery/product plugs!
