Does the job
5I use these after a hard workout in the gym or after a long run, definitely a difference in recovery time when I use them. Taste is ok, consistency isn’t too bad but I do need to drink water straight afterwards… be nice if they were a little more liquid.Goes Well With:Energy Gels

5I’m not sure on mixability as I don’t mix it I just take the whole thing on its own and i really like it. I really do think it helps with recovery.

Decent post-workout snack
4This works pretty well for me to get the electrolytes back and give a quick hit of protein and sugar. I just wish it was a bigger size as I could probably do with 1.5 to 2 of them after each workout. Probably not suitable for folks who are doing longer, intense, advanced workouts as your post workout meal will be much more suitable and a straight glucose hit would be better for bringing back up any blood sugar issues. Would recommend for intermediates (like me) who need something to tide them over before they can get home and get proper food. Additional 1 stars for the stupid programme refusing to let me post until I've filled out all the optional rubbish. Ignore the 1 stars.

Surprisingly good product
5Bought out of curiosity and I am surprised how good it is. based on Greek yogurt and protein it supports your energy levels and keep you going. Recommended.

5These are really great to pop in a bag to have after a race. No need to mix with anything, just chug it down. Taste is pleasant even after a hard race. I felt it hit the spot with high class vegan protein.Goes Well With:Hard races
