Breakfast
4Cereals and toast do nothing for me for breakfast don’t keep me full at all but his does. Once you’ve figured out how much milk to add and how long in the microwave you need it’s perfect. It’s definitely more than a mug size I use a small cereal bowl or take it in a tub and microwave it at work. I also add different things to it such as berries, peanut butter or Nutella. I’ve had it as a pudding before too. Goes Well With:Berries, peanut butter, Nutella, ice cream

Best product on the market
5Hands down the best protein product on the market - tastes just like a chocolate sponge cake! Perfect for an evening sweet treat. Could never get bored of the mug cakes, have a constant supply!Goes Well With:A cup of tea!

Doesnt feel like a cake.
1It tastes so synthetic. It feels like solidified whey protein powder. I personally didn't feel like it was a cake. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone and not worth the price. Have been ordering a lot of products from Myprotein but was disappointed with this one.

Great protein snack
5These are easy to make. It mixes well, tastes good and has a good protein content. Great as a snack when feeling hungry and want a high protein hit for satiety.

my fave
5i actually love this mug cake mix. no it isnt the same as a regular muffin but as a protein version its brilliant. the texture can go abit gummy if u cook it too long but still good. not too sweet and is nice and filling. just wish it was a lil more chocolatey (i find both mixes taste similar but choc is better)Goes Well With:0% yoghurt frozen berries
