Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide only. Microwave: Remove outer sleeve, Pierce film lid in several places. Heat on full for 3 minutes 800W, 2 3/4 Minutes 900W.
Store in a cool dry place. No need for refrigeration. Do not freeze. If pack is damaged or leaking do not use. Once opened, use immediately. Keep out of sight and reach of children. Not suitable for vegetarians

Bought the pack of 6 of these followed the instructions on how to cook one and I tried it and was very disapointed. I wasn’t expecting for it to be great in the first place but I could only eat one bite. The chicken was very dry and tasteless the mash was soggy and just wasn’t pleasent to eat. I threw out the remainders of them
Simple meal, with a discount it's reasonably priced. I've been buying the Spanish chicken and brown rice flavour and been buying them while there's 30% off. For the practically and ease these are worth buying. Brilliant for me as I can throw one in the microwave in work and 3 minutes later I'm eating it. They don't fill me but they certainly do the job and much healthier than a chippy/takeaway meal. These have a good sized piece of chicken in them and good for hitting macros. They're not going to set your taste buds alight but not a bad flavour to then. Would recommend. Goes Well With:A my protien flapjack or snack bar for desert.
These are good, they are super convenient and they taste good too. There is no way that they contain 40g protein as stated though, the chicken portions are tiny. All in all cant complain, its real food and its often at a good price with the MyProtein discounts!

Great meals if you don't have time to cook, I've bought the Spanish chicken and rice and the sweet potato and lemon chicken! Both really tasty and cook in no time.

I bought the Lemon chicken one. Its a good option for a meal as it fills you up, and adds to your daily protein needs. The chicken doesn't taste much on 'Lemon', it is more like eating a normal chicken. As for the potato mash, I didn't really like eat, but that is because I don't like potato mashes.
Have to say, these are excellent. Macros are decent. Little amounts of saturated fats and sugar though. So probably not something you want to be eating every single day. But time is precious and these are perfect for lunch if I'm up against it at work and need a quick post workout meal.
