5Been doing gym Pre-Workouts foryear now but with the new Gel pack turns out to be more affective than powder in acting quickly and cleanly. i have found thta if you have less body fat the effect better.

great product
5Very good product, taste is good and i get a good burst of energy from them. Both flavours are lovely but the tropical one is definitely the best, for the amount you’re paying too 12 sachets is pretty good, definitely recommend buying them

Buy the powder!!!
1I love the MP pre-workout powder so thought I would give the gels a try as they would be handy to keep in my gym bag. Non of these things taste amazing but these taste like petrol. I managed to chug it down but the after taste was awful and made me feel nauseous. I’ll be sticking with the powder from now on!

Works but..
3I've tried these gels for running and for weight lifting. I find it that if I'm weight lifting I can definitely feel the tangling feeling a lot more from my mouth to my whole body which is not very comfortable (very itchy). When running given the high intensity you can feel the itchiness a lot less I'd say. Flavour is also fine.

Pre Workout - effective!
4Usually take one of these ahead of early morning workouts or if I'm feeling particularly tired ahead of working out. Gives a nice "kick" and helps keep me stay focused throughout my training. Be warned though, you need to burn this off by training hard otherwise you will feel some "tingling". Good product! Goes Well With:On its own.
