Rolled Oats are packed with fibre and complex carbohydrates making them the perfect addition to your morning routine to support your training and fitness ambitions
Inulin
Inulin is a natural prebiotic which the body cannot digest and increases the amount of good bacteria in the gut by feeding it. This makes it a convenient, high-fibre supplement, which can promote gut health1.
Chia Seeds and Flax Seeds
Chia Seeds and Flax Seeds contain plant-based protein as well as both soluble and insoluble fibre . Fibre is an important part of the diet, but many find that getting the recommended 30g per day can be difficult. As we mentioned earlier, oats are already rich in fibre, but adding flaxseeds and chia seeds into your already fibrous morning oats can bring you closer to reaching your fibre requirements for the day.
- For porridge oats mix 2.5 scoops (100g) with 200ml milk/water, microwave for one minute and stir, then 30 seconds and stir, and then repeat until desired consistency is reached.
- For baked oats mix 2.5 scoops (100g) with 200ml in an oven-safe dish and then cook at 200°C / 180°C Fan / Gas Mark 6 for at least 20 minutes until desired consistency is reached.
- For overnight oats mix 2.5 scoops (100g) with 200ml milk/water and leave in the fridge overnight.

Wrong quantity on packet
I like the oats, they taste nice and are great for overnight oats or mixed in a smoothie. However, the packet states to use 2.5 scoops(100g) but this is completely wrong. I must have an extra large scoop, as 1 isn't far off 100g! So please weigh beforehand. Goes Well With:Yoghurt and berries

Great find
Bought this as it sounded great on the app. Tried it with milk at first, but think it mixed better with water. Great tasting and filling. Great macro's. Will definitely be buying more!!

Short suppøy
These are really are perfect. No hassle. Started with apple pie then tried strawberry and white chocolate. Preferred the strawberry and white chocolate. Been using as overnight oats. A bit less than the recommended milk for a thicker consistency. The only downside is that they go out of stock. Gonna have to up my order size so o don't run out.

Best Oats Ever
I have been having the oats for the past few weeks and it really packs a punch on flavour and it keeps you full for a while too. A great source for a good breakfast and it definitely raises the bar and standards for what it provides and its purpose. I highly recommended it to anyone who wants after a prefect fuel for mornings.Goes Well With:Semi skimmed milk

Perfect overnight oats
I love these as overnight oats, super filling and really nice texture. I personally add a mix of milk and greek yoghurt for a creamier consistency and a few extra rolled oats as there is a lot more powder than oats in the mix. Goes Well With:Greek yoghurt, chia seeds

Apple pie
Bought the apple pie flavour, which is lovely. As porridge it sucks, it all becomes mush, baby food, so not a pleasant experience. As overnight oats, great! But unfortunately there's an ingredient in it that just doesn't agree with me, and I end up with bad stomach pains after a couple of hours after eating it. Which it strange as I don't have any allergies or stomach issues.Goes Well With:Milk, water
