What are Organic Chia Seeds?
Originating from the South American herb, the chia plant also known as the chia sage is a member of the mint family. Traditionally Chia Seeds formed a core part of local cuisine as flour, cereal and mixed in drinks. Chia Seeds are certified organic by the Soil Association under the code GB-ORG-05.
What are the benefits?
Chia Seeds are an ancient natural food and a leading modern day superfood, with a plethora of useful proteins.
Chia Seeds are high in fibre with approximately 20% protein. Chia Seeds are carefully extracted from the salvia hispanica and selected for the highest quality. These are cleaned in natural water and packaged in their raw state.
Please note that the labelling on this product is provided in English as a minimum. French, Italian, German, Spanish, Danish, Swedish and Finnish may also be present on a product by product basis.
Our organic chia seeds are packed full of goodness. Simply add 10g to your shakes, smoothies, juice or water (250-350ml). Do not exceed 15g daily.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. This product is intended to be used alongside an active lifestyle and a balanced diet. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

This is one of the most versatile superfoods I always have in my diet now. I am delighted that MP have started selling this so it is easy for me to order. Very underrated food that everyone should add to their diet. Check out online for recipes you can follow to include this great superfood, or simply put a few spoons in the blender with the rest of your protein shake. I always add a big spoon to my morning oats and fruit. This is a very good price too - especially considering the offers MP have going. Shop around and you will see. Arrived quickly and in good condition I have only recently started to use chia seeds so cannot be wholly certain about how my response is but they seem fine at the moment I will be buying more

Such a tiny seed, powerhouse of nutrition. My Protein organic chia seeds are high quality and were delivered promptly - love them as the base for my chia puddings!
I love these soaked overnight in the fridge as add to my porridge & makes it taste creamer as the seeds swell up & have a really nice consistency. No taste that I can notice & prefer it soaked than getting the tiny seeds stuck in your teeth. Goes Well With:Porridge
