This is one of the most versatile superfoods I always have in my diet now. I am delighted that MP have started selling this so it is easy for me to order. Very underrated food that everyone should add to their diet. Check out online for recipes you can follow to include this great superfood, or simply put a few spoons in the blender with the rest of your protein shake. I always add a big spoon to my morning oats and fruit. This is a very good price too - especially considering the offers MP have going. Shop around and you will see. Thanks MP.Goes Well With:Pretty much everything!
If you've never tried Chia seeds then do... They are natures best super foods...research them and buy Goes Well With:Porridge or protein shakes
Arrived quickly and in good condition I have only recently started to use chia seeds so cannot be wholly certain about how my response is but they seem fine at the moment I will be buying more
I've always wanted to try chia seeds, but they seem to be quite expensive in health stores on the high street. I bought this with a code (you can always find codes on the MP website) and it's so cost effective! I soak mine in water for around 5 mins before adding to porridge/smoothies, but I think they can be used dry as wellGoes Well With:Smoothies, porridge, yoghurt
Great item.super fast delivery.have mine pre-soaked then put in a morning shake.
I love putting chia seeds in my smoothies, cereal, porridge etc. for that bit of extra fibre and protein, so finding organic ones that aren't overpriced is brilliant! Goes Well With:smoothies, cereals, oats
As said before, chia seeds are chia seeds but this is great value for money. Just wanted to share the way I use them: half scoop my protein rolled oats, 10g chia seeds, 100g of coconut yoghurt left in fridge over night and topped with banana and blueberriesGoes Well With:Yoghurt
Great, good value product.Goes Well With:Porridge, overnight oats, yoghurt
chia seeds are chia seeds but these are by far the cheapest that I've come acrossGoes Well With:chocolate brownie whey and greek yogurt
Such a tiny seed, powerhouse of nutrition. My Protein organic chia seeds are high quality and were delivered promptly - love them as the base for my chia puddings!
I love these soaked overnight in the fridge as add to my porridge & makes it taste creamer as the seeds swell up & have a really nice consistency. No taste that I can notice & prefer it soaked than getting the tiny seeds stuck in your teeth. Goes Well With:Porridge
Bought these as was looking for an alternative to porridge, and so far I'm loving it! Best left soaking overnight with milk for a quick and easy breakfast. Even great as a pudding in the evening.Goes Well With:Soaked in milk overnight, stirred well before eating then topped with bit of cinnamon, grated coconut, fresh fruit, and a few nuts.
Very easy to put in your diet, minimal taste so you can add it to almost everything. Nice texture, add a spoon to your meal and just just filled it with nutrients and energy.Goes Well With:Porridge, shakes, yoghurt, toast, cereal...
