Grain based carbs, naturally gluten free and with a decent fibre content. Good for baking or in the morning if you make your own muisli or porridge. Considerably cheaper on this site than any supermarkets.Goes Well With:Great for home made cookies, crumbles, or just part of your morning cereals.
Good price, and fine in porridge and soups but but rather coarse for adding to smoothies or baking with.Goes Well With:Porridge
Added a teaspoon of this and some salt to a tablespoon of MyProtein peanut butter and had the tastiest health snack ever. Highly recommend trying this out. Doesn't mix with the protein shake at all though. Best use it as porridge or add it to a soup. Goes Well With:Peanut butter

I mixed this into impact vanilla protein and although taste was good it sank to the bottom quick - nice if you want little nibbles in the shake though. Works best for me mixed in with rolled oats and honey, gives a loverly texture like readybrekGoes Well With:Oats
