Like other shirataki (konjac) noodles, these need to be properly prepared in order to get the desired texture; rinse well before frying in a non-stick pan without oil. When properly prepared, the texture will be less chewy (slimy) and whatever sauce you add will stick to the noodles instead of sliding off. A very good, low-carb alternative to pasta. Goes Well With:Sauces, soups or salads.
This spaghetti is a good low carb alternative as long as you add it to other foods otherwise it will be tasteless and not very nice. Its actually quite nice added to any kind of pasta sauce. It is more like noodles then spaghetti in my opinion and does have a different texture to regular pasta but it does the job.Goes Well With:Pasta sauces Pesto
This spaghetti is an excellent substitute for the real thing. The texture is like pasta that has been cooked al dente. It doesn't taste of much, so is a great base for pasta sauces. If it were a little cheaper, I'd buy it by the case!
Trying to cut down on carbs and I saw these had no carbs,sugar and only 7 calories,so I thought I would give them a try. I have to say they are fantastic, they are very filling so they are great as a snack on their own or as part of a main meal. I will definitely be buying again.
I bought this to 'cheat' and eat lots of pasta for very few calories. Unfortunately, this is not pasta. The texture is very gelatinous and although there isn't much flavour, they still have an odd taste? They are very chewy and I felt as though they needed to be cooked for far longer than the recommended time - I tried following instructions and the second time cooking them for longer and neither was very successful. I won't be buying these again but I will finish the rest of the box... eventually. They are more like noodles than spaghetti and might taste nicer in a stir fry.Goes Well With:Lots of water
I wasn't sure what to expect when ordering these but as I probably eat way too much pasta I thought these would be worth a go. When opening them they don't look appetising at all (more like space food!) but bulk up a bit once cooked. I had them as veggie spag bol and they absorbed the flavour pretty well and weren't rubbery or chewy like I expected! Without much sauce or flavouring though I imagine they could be quite bland. They're also great for portion control as they're pre-packed separately, which is also handy for planning meals/meal preps!
I never tried to eat them on their own but once rinsed and warmed and mixed with your main dish or seasoned they are fine! Slightly rubbery texture but works for me! Goes Well With:Bolognese or in a stir fry

I love pasta and bolognaise sauce but being on a low carb diet I can't eat pasta. Thought I'd give the MyProtein spaghetti a go. It's more like rice noodles that spaghetti pasta especially as it's white not yellow. That said, mix it in with bolognaise meat sauce or the sauce of your choosing and it does the job. You actually feel like you've eaten pasta. The individual portions make it easy to use at home or at work, wherever there's a microwave. Goes Well With:Pasta sauces, stir-fry vegetables

I am keto and needed my pasta fix once or twice a week.. well these low carb products are absolutely amazing and so satisfying as if eating full carbs pasta.Goes Well With:Everything!
I wanted something that would bulk up my meals but without the carb intake this is a great alternative for just that. Would recommend mp spaghetti or noodles
As the title suggests this are more like noodles, and go great with a stir fry. Plus with macros like that you can't beat it. I wouldn't recommend having them without some kind of sauce as there is a slight taste to them. Also don't be put off by the initial smell, this quickly goes once cooked. Would definitely buy again. Goes Well With:Chicken, beef, pork, prawns. Veg of any kind. Perfect filler for a meal.
Have had other brands before but this one is by far the easiest to prepare. Rinse, heat, mix and eat. Simple. Goes well with all the normal sauces that spaghetti goes with. Far simpler than blending cauliflower and this is carb free!Goes Well With:Any spaghetti sauce you choose
I've been using these now for approx 3 weeks and lost 7.9kg I blend them with a hand blender and mix with porridge, soups/sauces or a meal replacement shake for 2 meals a day then have a jkt potato or similar for another meal.. and I'm NEVER hungry.. I must be the world's greedily person but I've found this the best and fastest easiest way to lose weight.. just wanted to lose some for my holidays but will definitely carry on with them ..
This stuff has turned out to be much better than I thought. Definitely more like noodles than spaghetti but that hasn't stopped me from having it in pasta-style dishes. It's very much on the al dente side which isn't a problem for me and doesn't taste of anything so you'll need plenty of sauce. All in all a great way to still enjoy Italian and Asian dishes while keeping the carbs low.Goes Well With:Italian and Asian dishes/sauces.
I was pleased with these. Obviously if you're expecting these to look and taste like normal spaghetti you're going to be disappointed. But, if you're looking for something to replace carbs alongside a high-protein meal then they're fine. Make sure you follow the instructions before eating them. I make a Bolognese with mushrooms, mince and tomatoes and add them to the sauce to just pad it out a bit. Only thing I'd say is that they're a bit skinnier and more noodle like than spaghetti, and they're a lot more white/almost clear than normal spaghetti because of the absence of wheat - but who cares when they're in your mouth! :)Goes Well With:Turkey bolognaise
This spaghetti looks like translucent worms and has a rubbery jelly like texture. It also smells strongly of fish! Would not recommend.Goes Well With:The bin
at first I tried them on their own and added some chicken so I found them very tasteless but when I made a chicken stir fry with all the vegatables they were so much better. I would purchase them again it makes a change from rice.
Have tried these for the first time, 100% synthetic food. Made me sick the next day! STAY AWAY
