I live off of this stuff. It has made my summer cut much easier. I make all sorts of high protein, low carb / fat noodle dishes for lunch. Every day a different combo of noodles, ham, chicken, pulled pork, veg & sauces. I see people complaining that they aren't noodles / pasta / rice - they aren't. The same way cauliflower rice isn't rice; it's a low kcal alternative. They are what they are. I like & utilise them, allowing me to have the breakfast & dinner of my choice, a super low kcal lunch & easily hit my numbers. Nb 1 they are stored in a fishy smelling liquid, but a quick rinse in hot water before cooking & you are good to go. Nb 2 prefer noodles as they are closer to real noodles. Rice is good too, often I have a tablespoon of real rice & bulk it with this. Penne isn't as good as the others but I still buy time to time for a change. Nb 3 100g is too small, I need to use 2 packets at once. Goes Well With:Ham, chicken, pulled pork, veg & zero kcal sauces.
If you can get over the smell of the water when you drain the rice this product is absolutely amazing! It fills you up and doesn't actually taste bad. It has a slightly odd texture but of your watching calories it is an absolute god send!!!
This myrice is nothing like the shape or anything of rice- I wasn’t expecting it to taste like rice and I was expecting rubbery but it’s not even like that it is the weirdest texture I have ever eaten.. not nice at all but I love the pasta versions are all nice
Its okay when mixed in with stuff and I think over all its an okay substitution but honestly feels like you're eating what ever it is you've put it with by its self so you may as well just leave it out and save your moneyGoes Well With:Curry and chilli
The rice is tasteless so you have to use herbs or sauce with it, it's a great option if you like carbs and want to loose weight. It gives you the impression to eat real rice when put together with other ingredient in a meal, for just few calories and no sugars! Goes Well With:I like it with chicken, meat or prawns. It tastes better if you cook the rice in a pan for 2 minutes with some salt, or herbs, and maybe a little onion or sauce, then eat with your proteins.

Looks like rice and has a similar texture but is pretty flavorless. However, it does the job. You can use it in any dish that would have rice including salads. Drain it well after rinsing and before heating otherwise it can be a little bit soggy.Goes Well With:Prawns and salmon
Buy this product if you like rubbery, fishy rice! Never again 100g of wholegrain rice is 23g carbs so I just made room for it instead
Theses are great for adding more to a plate. They work wondefully as a filler for your meal to mix in, it helps make you feel like you've ate more without the calories. The rice on its own isn't great, as it tastes bland and is rubbery, but the fact that it is rice sized makes it great.Goes Well With:Every hot meal
If you're expecting rice you'll be disappointed! It's like rice but has no taste. However, mix it with any sauce or mincemeat etc and it tastes fine. It's edible and it has virtually no carbs what more do you want! Went through the first batch and ordered a second lot. Portion size looks small, but it is enough as it fills you up.Goes Well With:Tomatoe based sauces. Curry sauces...all healthy eating ones of course!
