Mynoodles are very simply and easily cooked. Simply rinse mynoodles under cold water, and then cook for either 1 minute in the microwave, or 2-3 minutes in a pan. Then add them to your favourite sauce, stir fry or salad for a highly satisfying meal.

I'm on a diet plan so having pasta alternatives helps me to bulk out my meals without blowing my daily allowances. I wasn't too keen on these at 1st as they are not like the normal stuff, I persisted with them though and I love them now. They are chewy and have an odd smell but once you get used to this they're great. I've tried all the different shapes. I think noodles are best folpowed by rice and the lasagna sheets were pretty good too. Goes Well With:A variety of dishes

I really had no hopes for this product, but it can be a life saver! Just add soy or a more elaborate dressing and you've got yourself a meal. They are really awesome for adding volume to any meal. The fact that they are prepacked is convinient as well.
I prefer this to the myfettucine anyday. Its not real noodles agreed but it helps volumise my food so much. And once flavoured, you are not gonna complain of the taste. I came across these by accident when browsing for other sweet snacks, and thought why not give these a try, as I suffer an intolerance to wheat and gluten. these are great, they obviously taste of nothing on their own, but mixed into a stir fry with a sauce, they really bulk it up. would highly recommend these as a healthy alternative.Goes Well With:stir fry, salad.

Let's be honest anything with pretty much no calories or nutritional value is going to be full of flavour! These add some bulk to food without the calories put them with some nice flavours spicy peanut works for me Goes Well With:Something with flavour
Obviously these will never be as good as normal noodles but they are a great substitute for those looking to diet, especially those of us on a low carb diet. The texture is close to stringy calamari and to my surprise they effectively absorb any sauce that is placed with them. Quick easy meal. Love cooking them.. 5 minute meal and tastes great. Cooking them dry makes them a bit rubbery. Best boilt with stock, gives them a great flavour. U forget there less than 10 calories.Goes Well With:Chicken stock... tuna.
