License to Krill
I bought this primarily to give to my mother, who suffers somewhat with arthritic hands, which have caused problems when she has to open jars, etc. She told me that, after only a week on these tablets taking one per day, her pain was drastically reduced and she felt more dexterously capable than she had in years. Clearly, this is one powerful anti-inflammatory, along with other things. The price was also unbeatable for 90 tablets at 500mg, which makes the price you'd typically pay on the high street (often for only 30 tablets) look like a joke minus the amusing punchline. I shall definitely be back for more-these are highly recommended.

Wow
Started having knee pain due to excess walking in my job. Has been going on for 6 months. Tried these and within about 2 weeks the pain was gone. I thought it may just be coincidence so I came off them and the pain returned.......back on and the pain went. That's all the proof I need! Taking two a day. Such a great product.

Krill Oil
Having conducted research into the benefits of Krill Oil, and reputable retailers of such a product, I was relieved to discover that Krill Oil was offered for sale by My Protein at a price that I considered reasonable, in comparison to other retailers. Following receipt of the product, on Friday 3rd January 2014, I've taken one 500mg capsule daily. Thus far, I've reported the following benefits: I've witnessed a marked improvement in the overall condition of my skin, hair and nails; After three days' consumption, I'd noticed that my body didn't seem to be as stiff and as achy following a night's sleep; and Upon beginning consumption, during which I'd begun to suffer from a head cold, the associated symptoms remained restricted to a blocked nose, which has since subsided. Additionally, since beginning consumption, I'm also pleased to report that the capsules have not produced any un-welcome reflux, something which I've previously encountered with triglyceride forms of fish oil. Unfortunately, due to my recent head cold, I'm unable to comment upon the effectiveness of Krill Oil and its sub-component, Astaxanthin, as a supplement to support one's sporting goals, however, due to the anti-inflammatory properties displayed by both, I'm hopeful that they will provide support as I begin my quest to venture from the confines of the swimming pool to open-water swimming. Miracle pills!
Previous to my order I had started using krill oil capsules to help look after my knee joints which had started to show signs of painful arthritis. I bought my first supply from Holland and Barrett, so they were quite expensive but started to work brilliantly after about two weeks of regular use (1000mg a day). Since transferring to using MyProtein krill capsules the improvements have, well, improved! Not only are my knees totally pain-free, the actual movement of the knee joint has returned to completely normal. I will now stick with MyProtein krill capsules, partly because they are cheaper, but also because they seem to be working even better than the Holland and Barrett alternative.

Antarctic Krill Oil
It's Krill Oil. It's not going to be ultra-tasty and filled with butterfly nectar and unicorn tears. However, it gets the Omega-3 into you, and it does so without giving you fishy breath and a feeling as though you swallowed the contents of your aquarium.Goes Well With:Breakfast.

need some time
I have started to take these and they are easy to use, a reasonable size to swallow and no taste as in softgel form. They neem to have a good range of oil nutrients but i assumed they would be in bigger amounts especially the astaxathin. I think this is a low dose of that but some regularly must be benficial. I expect to have to take them for a while to feel the benefits, give everything the chance to accumulate.

Great Stuff
I would highly recommend these (and have done). On my commute to work, I would always get a severe back ache standing up, after taking these, one day I realised I haven't had a back ache for some time. I was working away for a bit, forgot the tablets and the back ache started to come back. these have 100% helped me.

KRILL OIL
This is a great product for those that suffer from dry or achey joints, miles better than high strength omega fish oils in this respect. I'd recommend these to anyone lifting heavy on the regular, those recovering from a joint injury and those that want to protect themselves from all of the above. Tiny tablets, big punch, allow at least a week or so for the effects to become apparent. Enjoy!

Krill Oil
The gold standard as far as Omega 3 supplements go. I am using this as part of my pre contest for mens physique, I take 3 in morning, 3 lunch time, and 3 before bed. Thanks Goes Well With:I also use peptopro, whey impact protein and alpha men.
